酒店的設施非常不錯，電視能投屏，電梯也不錯。睡覺沒什麼聲音。前台服務非常熱情，基本上有求必應，不厭其煩。給我們送了早餐，乾淨衞生。酒店有停車院，但有待完善。

還好吧 位置稍微有點偏了 不過客服人員服務人員的態度都十分好 而且衞生也挺乾淨的 還是很不錯的 在這個價位裏 物有所值吧

到棗莊後，找了很久才在攜程上找到這個裝修比較新，環境比較好的酒店
前台服務態度挺好的

隔音超級差，能清楚聽到兩邊房間的人説話。下半夜才能入睡，一大早又被走廊客人聲音吵醒。
衞生間有很大下水道味，馬桶邊緣漏水
