衞生：房間很乾凈，我們去的時候可能上一個客人剛退房，我們在那等了一會，看到了清掃阿姨很認真的再打掃每一個房間。給人的印象特別好。真的超讚的。我也是第一次見到
環境：客棧是四合院的裝修，很喜歡，有一種大宅門的感覺。不錯不錯。
服務：説到服務真的是簡直了，在網站上剛預訂好，前台服務小姐姐就給我聯繫了，提前告知我人流量大，然後需要停在哪裡停車場。真的很方便。停車場是古城的，免費停。停南門離酒店有點遠，但是沿路可以看很多風景，也是一種享受啊。哈哈
這家店真的很贊，房間也很多，生意特別忙，對客人提出的問題也是及時解決。辦入住旁邊還有餐廳，住在那裡還給我們打了折。太熱情了。下次還會選擇這家客棧！

將近600住的酒店，體驗感是這輩子住過的最差的，差點被凍死。
快到景區老闆打電話説加微信，但是直到我住結束，也沒人加我。酒店靠近景區東門，老闆讓我去南門，帶個孩子和行李箱直接給我走廢了。去了才知道和旁邊狀元樓是一家，要去狀元樓辦理入住然後再回去。一進房間給我整懵了，將近600的房裡，小的不能看，廁所倒是佔了快一半，還沒有乾濕分區。插座少，要一起充電還要等，礦泉水很雜。最最重要的是沒有熱水，凍死了想洗個熱水澡，剛洗，沒了，給我整了個涼水澡，然後空調也不行，被子薄的不能蓋，沒有墊被，床特別硬，辛虧是一家三口，摟着睡得，不然會被凍死，辛虧我帶了2個熱水袋，5分鐘充一次，一夜都在充熱水袋，來個台兒莊差點凍死在這裏，體驗感太差了，其實不如住外面，價格估計會便宜很多，進來很方便，沒必要住景區。

房間很一般，過年房間緊張價位高些，但房間價位與實際太不相符。第一個房間空調製熱不好，屋裡冷，溝通後，調了房間，服務人員服務挺好，調換後的房間空調製熱還湊付但老是感覺屋裡冷，仔細查找後發現，窗户邊沒有抹膠有條大縫，直灌風，也不想再倒騰了，自己想法用東西堵了堵，第二天趕緊退房走人。

實話實説。設施陳舊了。衞生條件確實一般。被子和床單都有臟東西，可能是過年期間，入住的太多，洗的沒有那麼乾淨！不建議冬天去了。晚上睡覺開着空調冷。夏天去應該可以。實話實説而已。沒有惡意！

#好評#對鄰近店舖滿意；#負評#對房間大小失望；冬天去的话，不建议住这里，环境卫生这些都是小事，最主要的是房间太冷了，开空调都不行，穿厚衣服睡了一晚。可能春节比较忙，也没人告诉离哪个门近，车停老远，拖着行李走过去的。
