Hotels with Parking in Zaragoza

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location was incredible - around 5 mins from ‘el tubo’ tonnes of amazing different local tapas restaurants. Room was comfy, clean, had a big door you could look out over the street Would come again :)

From the reviews I had high expectations of this hotels but, having travelled all over the world, this is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all, it’s dirty. The cleaners don’t do their job properly and the hotel is filthy. It was almost like the hotel wasn’t cleaned at all. Secondly, the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work and Zaragoza is very hot. So be prepared for no sleep. They keep the room at 21 degrees minimum and you can’t get it lower. It’s unbearable. I had no sleep the entire time I was there. Be careful about the pool. They make a big thing about advertising the pool but it’s only open a few months of the year. Finally, the staff are very rude. I tried to complain about the above but they simply didn’t want to listen. They were very aggressive, particularly front desk representative Angel. Even the General Manager’s response was rude and aggressive which reflects very badly on the Melia brand. Not sure if this particular hotel is Melia owned or managed but the service is not what you would expect from this brand. Many of the Trip Advisor reviews are false. Look it for the small number of reviews. All in all, one to avoid.

I have given this hotel an average rating because I did not get to stay here in the end and I don't want to affect their ratings badly. I am just writing to alert pet owners that this establishment only qualifies as pet-friendly if you have just one pet. I messaged to say we were travelling with two cats and had my booking accepted. Then they sent a form message saying their pet policy was only one per room. I queried it and they said there were no exceptions even if the pets concerned were two small cats. So someone with a giant Newfoundland or Great Dane can stay. But my one cat and one kitten (combined weight about 8kg) can't. It looks like a nice hotel, but apparently can't see how illogical their pet policy is. Owners of multiple pets, beware.

The location is very good, very close to the main attractions ～ The fly in the ointment is that the environment is a bit old, but the room is still relatively large. The street is a bit dark at night. It is recommended not to walk around ～

We stopped here for 2 nights and booked a family room. We were treated to a suite and a double room with interconnecting doors. We had so much space, it was great. The bath in the suite was the size of a paddling pool, although you had to be careful with the angle of the shower otherwise the water just spilled all over the floor. The rooms had a total of three TVs and three mini fridges. The rooms were very comfortable. Everything worked and was clean. The hotel was very well located, most areas were within walking distance. We ate in the hotel restaurant both evenings and were very impressed with the food and value for money. The menu is limited, but we don't mind that and the food was delicious. The breakfast however was quite basic and not that great. The hotel has parking, which is an extra cost. It's probably worth paying since parking in the city would be a nightmare. The staff were attentive and organised a breakfast picnic for us because we had to leave to catch an early flight. The decor is quite dated, which lets it down a bit, and has a feel of a luxury 80's hotel about it. Overall, we found it perfectly acceptable, comfortable and clean.

It is located next to Plaza Pilar in the city center. The location is very good, about 10 minutes' drive from the train station. The breakfast is also quite rich. The hotel room is quite large, but because it is facing the street, there may be a little noise. Overall, it is good. I will continue to choose here next time I go on a business trip.

It was good ... but not phenomenal. The room was not ventilated nor with open windows. Towards a soaking heat, though the outdoor time was great. I asked for air conditioning, but they told me that it couldn't yet be activated ... I didn't understand anything. But as location is good.

Our first stay in a NH hotel and very disappointing. Yes, our junior suite was spacious, all the staff did the hotel credit, and the location was good. But, the place hasn’t been refurbished for years, everything seems worn out and dated. - from the black mould in the bathroom, the rotten wood on doorways, ceilings marked with water stains, etc. The basement breakfast room is reached through a dingy room, seemingly used to store old settees. You feel the place should be closed down for a thorough rebuild. The hotel no longer has its own carpark. During our whole stay, the restaurant was ‘unavailable’ - a strange room accessed from outside. How it keeps four stars I don’t know. We did use the tapas bar and found it very reasonable. The hotel reception is set to one side as you enter the hotel, and so makes little impact; we were offered no information about the hotel or the area, or any kind of welcome. We have another NH hotel already booked on this trip. Unless it is substantially better, that will be our last stay with this group.

The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. The hotel is a very good hotel for the best of the hotel. Zaragoza is a great city with a better hotel offer than this hotel. The hotel is located near the location of our clients, but we definitely prefer to stay in another hotel that offers guarantee, seriousness and professionalism.
