Location: Really good location just opposite the Zermatt station and next to the door from Gornergrat bahn station. Not far from COOP.
Room: It's good for sleep. Bunk bed is strength not make sound when the upper bed moving and the blanket is warm.
The kitchen: Convenience
Service: Nice lady and good to support for staying
Price: Not expensive to stay and sleep

Close to station and restaurant, also can see a beautiful view in room, nice reception and have a big kitchen downstairs so we can cook. Nice place for every mountaineering Hikers!

ツェルマット駅の目の前だったので、凄く便利でした。
部屋に関しても、清潔感があり木の感じもすごく良かったです。
受付の方は凄く愛想が良かったです。
シャワールームについて、問題点があります。
シャワールームはもちろん鍵がかかるようになっていますが、出る時、鍵が開きませんでした。
夜の10時ごろに利用したので、関係者の方が外からあけてくれましたがこれが夜中だったら私は蒸しパンになっていたでしょう。
また、あけてくれた方からは謝罪もなく、サッとどこかに行きました。その点以外は完璧なホテル、ホステルです。

小鎮上很多滑雪的，酒店很難定，房間雖然小但是有個陽台，早上睡醒可以看見雪山，總體來講不錯的。

Excellent location just outside of train station! Room is very small for 4 people (me, my wife and two children). There is no elevator and had to climb stairs with luggage.

Ideal location if traveling by train to Zermatt or taking the cog rail to Gornergrat. The cubby dorm beds offer at least some privacy.
