Hotel Alpina ★★
"The room was pretty good, but I had to check in at the hotel next door. The front desk was very helpful. However, the room amenities were quite limited; there was no kettle, no microwave, and no self-service washing machine. But the front desk kindly informed me that there was a self-service laundromat in town (14 CHF)."
Hotel Butterfly ★★★
"The hotel's concept (butterfly pattern) was cute and lovely. In the evening, there was a free afternoon tea time where we could enjoy homemade cakes and drinks freely, which was really nice!"
3100 Kulmhotel Gornergrat ★★★
"Stunning views."
La Couronne Hotel & Spa ★★★★
"The location is fantastic, right across from two large supermarkets, and the service during my stay was impeccable."
Hotel Adonis ★★★
"A bit far from the train station but it is reachable by taking a bus. The hotel requires a bit of uphill walk after getting off the bus. A bit inconvenient for carrying luggage and ski equipment. Room is a bit small. But it’s clean and provides all the essentials for a ski trip."
Peaky Riders Self Check-in Hotel ★★
"I'm very satisfied with the price of this stay in Zermatt. The window is open and the breeze outside is very cool. Everything is self-service, which is very suitable for me! It's a ten-minute walk from the city center, which is acceptable."
Riffelhaus 1853 ★★★★
"This is a must-stay hotel! You get to witness the sunrise and sunset over the Matterhorn up close."
Alpenblick Superior ★★★
"It's fantastic! ✨ Luxurious rooms, stunning city views, and top-notch service. The pool and spa provide ultimate relaxation. Highly recommended for an unforgettable stay in Barcelona! 🌇"
Hotel Simi ★★★★
"It was clean and the space of the hotel room is large. Our stay at the hotel was very comfortable.Thank you."

Schweizerhof Zermatt - a Small Luxury Hotel
"Pretty good, quite nice."
Mont Cervin Palace
"Very good, you can apply for a horse carriage, remember to tip"
Cervo Mountain Resort
"We had a great experience from start to finish. The rooms are beautifully designed, with thoughtful details like binoculars and a hiking backpack. The spa is one of the best I’ve visited in the Alps, and the food was truly outstanding. We loved both Madre Nostra and Bazaar for lunch and dinner. The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay feel extra special."
Grand Hotel Zermatterhof
"The room is very nice. The location is excellent. You can see the Matterhorn mountain view, sunrise and sunset. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is not far from the train station, about 500 meters, but it is all uphill. The hotel itself has a shuttle bus, but I didn't know it when I booked the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage for several hundred meters to the hotel after getting off the train. The breakfast was okay. The service staff was satisfactory. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, and a few bottles of water were given. There were free soft drinks in the minibar, but alcohol was charged. However, unlike other hotels, it would not be stated what was free and what needed to be paid. I still called the front desk to find out. I think this should be improved. It is more warm to have free chocolates and red wine. Overall, it was not bad. The deduction was that the items mentioned above were not written very clearly."
Beausite Zermatt
"The rooms were very clean. The facilities and amenities were excellent, and there was even a spa. The location was great, with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was also delicious, considering it was a Swiss hotel. I felt that this hotel was of a very high standard for a hotel in Zermatt."
La Perle Apartments
"This was a really lovely hotel, spacious and clean, with great access from the station. However, since this hotel doesn't have a reception, you need to check in at their partner hotel, which is about a 5-minute walk away. I also stored my luggage at the partner hotel, and it was a very smooth process. They have dishes, detergent, an oven, and more, so it seems like you could easily buy groceries at a supermarket and cook here."
Arca Aparthotel & Spa
"Amazing spa, with free upgrades, we can see the mountain through our room. Very very comfortable"
Alpen Resort - Spa & Dining
"The room we were assigned was in the furthest corner and had a sloped ceiling, which made it quite uncomfortable. For luggage storage, they simply hand you a key, and you're responsible for retrieving or dropping off your own bags – it's entirely on the honor system."
Zermatt Budget Rooms
"The hotel environment is very nice, and it's within walking distance of the train station, with a supermarket along the way, which is very convenient. The breakfast selection is also very extensive, with various kinds of bread, cheese, ham, cereal, jam, etc. We were very lucky to be upgraded to a room on the first floor by the front desk, and the terrace outside the room had a great view."
Hotel Bristol
"I booked a room with a view of the Matterhorn. It was very spacious and had a long balcony. The hotel is located in the best spot in Zermatt for viewing the Matterhorn, Japan Bridge. You can see the Matterhorn from the balcony or even lying in bed. It really lived up to its name. The hotel breakfast was also good."
Schloss Zermatt - CBD & Adaptogenic Spa and Sport Hotel
"Great stay with a very good location. Just 1 min walk to the train station. Great service from the staffs as well!"
Hotel Albatros
"Very nice, you can see the Matterhorn"
Hotel Continental
"Nice rooms and friendly staff."
Hotel Alphubel
"The building is a bit old, and the walls are thin, so you can pretty much hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The facilities are also dated, and a light bulb was out. However, the location is fantastic, with views of the mountain range, which made up for everything."
Hotel Daniela
"It is an excellent experiences, exceeding out expectation! Will stay in the hotel if we visit Zermatt again."
Hotel Ambiance
"Very recommended!! Will come back again ! Very unique and clean.."
