This hotel is such a cozy and comfy place. We had a pleasant stay and we recommend it. If you are a foreigner, you will be hosted with a big smile and a caring attitude. - Location: Very close to the West Railway Station with free shuttle service. If you want to use public transport, you can walk 10min and take the bus (both for Zhangjiajie city center and Tianmen Mountain cable car). - Staff: very lovely and kind people. They helped us a lot. - Room: very new, tidy, clean, spacious and cozy. The only challenge is that we stayed in a room with no western toilet (but they have some rooms with it). Totally worth it staying here!

The reason for giving a negative review is that the boss probably had no standard room when he made the reservation in the afternoon. He called and asked if he could change the room to a double bed room. After being told that it was not possible, he didn't say anything. Then when he checked in at night, he directly asked me to change the room. I checked in at the inn next door. After checking in, I felt something was wrong. After searching, I found out that the hotel I checked in was not the one I booked. It's like it was resold directly, and the price online is cheaper than elsewhere😅.
