It is obvious that the owner of this hotel has put a lot of thought into making each guests' stay a comfortable, unique and personalised one. Hotel furnishing and amenities are very new and of exceptional quality. There is attention to detail in many aspects, including the choice of bed linen, toiletries, use of technology in guess rooms (e.g. voice control for control of TV, lights, curtains etc). Food served in the hotel restaurant is also very personalised, fresh and allows guests to have a good taste of local delicacies. The hotel staff are very well trained, attentive to guests' needs, always willing to help and goes out for their way to cater for a pleasant experience at the hotel. Highly recommend place to stay!

酒店真的很不錯，服務非常周到，我們去天門山前下雨，酒店準備了雨衣（質量很好），很驚喜；早餐也是可以選，不敷衍，很好吃。特地拍了房間細節供姐妹們選擇時看看，挺乾淨的，我喜歡這種簡約的風格。店裡的小貓也很可愛捏

酒店格調很不錯，有私人訂製早餐，洗澡水偶爾出現忽冷忽熱也能第一時間得到解決，並能持續跟蹤對待，很上心。外出雨天遊玩回來，還會貼心準備好薑茶驅寒；衣服也可以免費清洗烘乾；鞋子進門就換拖鞋，酒店也會把鞋擦乾淨並烘乾，真的很貼心。另外，地庫有專門的酒店停車位，直接入庫進酒店，非常方便。離天門山纜車中心也非常近。

服務很好，很熱情，進門就準備了擦手的毛巾，張家界特產莓茶🍵，檸檬水和酒店手工做的點心，貼心的給我們換好拖鞋，幫我們提行李。環境不錯，房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全，很貼心，準備了眼罩，耳塞，有小冰箱，裏面有可樂，豆奶，有贈送的水果，甜點。有免費的洗衣服，洗鞋服務，很貼心。早餐種類多，都是自選，口感也很好。總體感覺非常舒服。

設施：房間設備很智能，房間燈控、還有很棒的閨蜜機。可以投屏，語音控制，觸屏。還有音響設備。可以説超級全面的房間，很貼心的配備了蒸汽眼罩，洗護都是愛馬仕。梳子也是配備的木頭氣囊梳。完全滿足五星級水準。
衞生：從進門開始就能感受到這家酒店的乾淨，到處都是一塵不染，房間的衞生更是十分利落。讓人入住很舒心放鬆。
環境：酒店很熱心，幫免費升級了房型，花園陽台房型，房間裝修的很精緻，還有一個綠植陽台，可以坐在陽台躺椅，感受一下張家界的夜景。
服務：服務絕對的優質，比我住過的五星級酒店更加完美。貼心到極致，進門就先準備好熱毛巾擦手，準備了小點心、張家界特色黴茶、檸檬水。幫拿拖鞋，換拖鞋。還有免費擦鞋服務、洗衣服務。早餐都是提前自選，營養搭配很豐富很好吃。每晚還有自製小甜品送在房間。總之是一家住着超舒心，吃着舒服的五星酒店。有機會再來張家界，這就是我的首選酒店。

房間非常整潔舒適，非常清新，各種用品都是頂級好的，服務也是一等一的好，還幫我們免費升級了房間。商務車接送機，哪怕飛機晚點了也沒有説啥。進店就是點心茶水，早餐也是相當豐盛，選擇性很多。床品無敵，很想要被子連結。我們的衣服都幫我們洗好疊好，太貼心了。賓至如歸，下次再見

酒店位置好，房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨舒適，床上用品舒服，連續住了三晚，早點也豐富，定製的，牛腦粉味道好，店裡的每位工作人員都非常熱情，愛馬仕的洗髮水好用，大廳也適合看看書聽聽歌喝喝咖啡，讓人有種舒適愉快的心情！值得推薦入住！
