帶一家5口出行，天子山門人少比較適合不喜歡人多的旅行者，畔溪度假酒店在天子山門那邊算很好那檔，有自己的食堂省心，飯菜也可以

離景區北門衹有幾百米，環境好，很乾凈，停車方便，到了之後老闆還熱心的幫忙拿東西，而且主動詢問遊玩線路推薦線路！有機會還會再來

我們在張家界天門山玩了一天，要坐索道下來時才發現人太多要排幾個小時的隊，估計到山下都下午六點了，立即打電話聯繫這家客棧，客棧老闆一口答應過來接我們，非常感動啊！老闆為人和善、大氣、健談，一個小時的車程跟我們聊了很多當地旅遊的趣聞和建議。到了客棧，發現規模在當地算得上夠大，有餐廳，跟老闆一樣大氣😁，雙床房空間也夠大和舒適。第二天吃過早餐步行入天子山大門，下午回來在客棧的餐廳吃飯，師傅做當地菜很好味，炸的小魚很好吃啊，至今回味，價錢也不貴。原本衹訂一晚，後來又續訂了一晚。確是很好的一次旅遊體驗。

酒店很一般，入住前問老闆包含早餐不，説房價包含了。就去了，洗漱的時候發現牆上二合一的洗髮水沐浴露是空的，梳頭髮，發現沒梳子，洗完吹頭髮，發現吹風機是壞的，插上電，聲音賊大，發出焦糊味，趕緊拔了，給老闆發訊息也不回，早上下去找老闆，想要個梳子，吹風機，老闆直接説沒有，阿姨給我用了她的吹風機。下去吃早餐，老闆説衹有麪條，沒雞蛋，就沒吃。太難受了，大家去天子山住的時候，先別在網上訂，可以先進去看看。這家酒店體驗賊差。
