#衞生挺乾淨的，最起碼空調有熱風#服務老闆娘超級和善，有問必答，特熱情#位置交通對面就是索道，抬頭就能看到索道。#房間設施該有的都有，就是水不熱，隨便沖一下還行，九單純的沖。#餐廳飯菜是我在張家界五天吃過最最最好吃的餐廳！送的蘿蔔神好吃！！強烈推薦！#性價比非常高，強烈推薦！

23號訂的房間，已經接單卻沒有給我們留房。期間一直聯繫不到老闆。因為我是提前訂的，房費便宜，你要是嫌錢少給我説一聲啊，別接訂單啊，讓我有時間選擇別的酒店啊，晚上10點多了我去哪再找住的地方？幸虧樓下飯店的老闆人好，給我們騰出來了他們員工的房間，5樓的儲藏間和2樓飯店包間的茅廁，讓我有地方能休息。很差的體驗。有啥説啥，1樓飯店老闆的服務態度很好。

客棧環境可以，周邊都是飯店和小吃。離天門山景區很近，走過去不出五分鐘的路程。但客房的設施一般，就這價格，要求不能太高。老闆服務周到熱情。
