Excellent dedication from the personnel to resolve many issues. But they don’t clean the room without client permission, they said. Besides, the room were 4th floor without elevator, and we didn’t know that before. The hotel doesn’t have meals and some things were quite difficult to attend, like in the picture. This is the placard: just this. No door, no boxes, no nothing. But the personnel always was in the right place to resolve this kind of issues

The hotel is at a very good location, just 5 minutes to the ticket counter zhangjiajie national park. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bedding was very comfortable. It's just 2 minutes from the evening food street, and lots of food and grocery shops nearby , the lady at the reception was very helpful and always smiling. Over all we had a comfortable stay.

早晨七點多到了店，房間前一天沒有賣出去所以老闆直接提前給辦理入住讓我們去房間放行李了，還用手繪地圖幫忙規劃遊玩路線，洗澡水很熱乎很沖，房屋乾淨整潔，性價比高，值得推薦！

客棧位於武陵源東門很近，走路幾分鐘，附近也有吃飯的地方，離客運站也不遠，房間跟圖片一樣沒有差異，重點説説客棧老闆，老闆做客棧很多年，人非常好，到店會送一張森林公園的手繪地圖，告訴你該如何玩，我全程按照老闆給的方案走的，楊家界老闆不建議去也就沒去，其實張家界森林公園剛去挺興奮，看了一天也就都差不多有點疲勞了，我在客棧連住三晚，客棧老闆也會告訴你去哪家吃飯正宗，景區門票最好提前跟老闆買，很優惠，比網上買還要便宜，切記，去之前就加了老闆微信，老闆會告訴你如何坐車及注意事項，真的很不錯，我18年前去過森林公園已經沒什麼印象了，這次去體驗很好，因為是淡季全程沒怎麼排隊都是無縫銜接，最後一天去了大峽谷，回到武陵源下午四點左右，老闆主動發微信告訴我有時間幫我把行李送到車站等我，這一點讓我很感動，老闆的熱情讓我武陵源之旅很完美，非常推薦大家入住也去感受一下老闆的熱情

客棧離東門五六百米，出門就有吃飯的地方，很方便。老闆熱情，好像大哥哥一樣，對我的問題有問必答，關鍵是老闆自己製作的武陵源景區手繪圖，真是一絕。配上老闆細緻的攻略講解，讓我們在景區裏面沒走一點冤枉路。百來塊錢的房費，值得！！

老闆人超級好，為了照顧我母親，免費給我們升級了房型，實在是太感謝了。房間明亮，寬敞，乾淨，衞生方面讓我母親這種挑剔的人都沒話説。離武陵源東門非常近，才七八分鐘的距離。

第一次感覺住的是真正意義上的民宿，房東大哥見面之後幫我們詳細分析了森林公園和天門山各種路線攻略，擔心我們春節期間打不到專線車和滴滴，幫忙打電話去客運公司問清楚專車運營時間。擔心我們大年夜外面找不到營業的飯店，硬是給我們做了一頓豪華年夜飯，實際上外面還是有一兩家營業的餐廳，實在太感動了。房間衞生乾淨，出門走一會就到了森林公園東門，客棧附近的環境有點小橋流水，下次來肯定還訂這裏
