本來就是沖5星好評去住的店，老闆是個年輕仔，幫忙規劃線路有問必答感覺還是挺不錯的，我們一共定了兩天，老闆他媽媽變臉變得不是一般的快，前面兩天住店的時候很熱情，最後一天退房的時候語言冰冷麪若冰霜，責怪我們不早點退房，要我們趕緊把東西拿下去，説影響她搞衞生了，影響別人入住。感受極差，可是我們從山上下來也就是12點15分的樣子啊，我們的行李早早就收好了。況且老闆還有我的微信，明明可以溝通的事硬要擺着一張撲克臉，太不爽了吧，給她提意見廁所有異味有蚊子，不但不接受並改進，反倒説他們房裡沒蚊子，昨晚上被子上的小蜘蛛未必是我帶過去的麼？總而言之再有機會過來張家界絕不會去住的店，太影響心情了
