房東人很好，我們到已經晚上了，在樓下接的我們，而且很詳細的介紹了景區遊玩路線，房子位置非常好，樓下就有超市和早餐店，到景區打車10分鐘，非常便利。房間特別大，住3個家庭10樓人完全沒問題，我們一家四口住一個上下鋪就很寬敞，下次來張家界還住這裏！

住這房子一波三折，入住的時候電梯壞了，晚上熱水器壞了，但老闆娘很好先把熱水器修好，電梯沒辦法，爬樓，因為老闆娘的關係還是住了兩晚，純屬老闆娘實存

房間乾淨衞生，離東門也近，三個房間都有獨立衞浴很方便。雙層大床很舒服，孩子很喜歡！家裡有超多晾衣架，對於我們人多的家庭來説真是太方便了。
