It's a beautiful place.to stop. The hostess upgraded our room category for free, it was very pleasant, the room was clean, bright and large. Also, the hostess was always ready to help us and she kindly told us how best to take a walk in the Avatar mountains. I was given a wonderful gift that I kept for a long memory

We stayed for two nights to enjoyed the wonders of Zhangjiajie Natural Park. The hotel is really nice, the staff very kind and helpful. 100% recommended!

This hotel was in a very good location for what we were looking to do tourist-wise. The hosts were very accommodating and tried hard to make our stay as comfortable as possible - for which we are very grateful!
The rooms were minimalistic but perfectly comfortable and quite relaxing. The surrounding area is quaint and cultural with plenty of options food-wise if you’re adventurous and like Chinese cuisine!
All in all we were impressed with the level of service considering the remote location - we would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore the mountains etc!

The hotel located at a small town which is really comfortable.
The staff and the people who manage the hotel is really friendly and treat us really well. She even manage to help us book attractions ticket and assist us in everything

Our family stayed 3 nights while we visited Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. The staff was very helpful with advice on where to eat and suggested daily routes for the very large park. Because we were a family of 5, the staff proactively upgraded our room to a large one, which made our stay even better.

Excellent location to explore Zhangjiajie National Park, Baofeng Lake, Huanglong Caves and Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon. Also very close to many restaurants.

Staff was super nice and helpful, they helped us a lot with organizing our trip. Anyways, we didn’t like breakfast because it only contained noodles and it was always cold on the first floor where we ate breakfast because there were no doors and it was January.

Staff are very friendly and approachable .
Rooms are very clean and modern .
Breakfast hot noodles is a huge serving.
Traditional costume are available for no charge too . Washing machine is also available in the ground floor for use too !

Good hotel with good location. Friendly service. Nice design. About 3 min by didi (6 rmb) to park gate and Starbucks ))) By walk may be 20min if you want. Some restorans and shops, massage around hotel 1 min by walk. Free candy and coffee, free rain coat for kids and map - it was nice. I'll recommend this hotel for my friends.

Receptionist was unwilling to help with booking tour ticket but conceirge was super helpful. Room has no tea or coffee..

What a pretty hotel! The personnel is super helpful, caring and friendly. 30 minutes on foot from the Wulingyuan Scenic area, 30 minutes by car from the Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon, around 50 minutes by car from the Tianmen Mountain and right in the Xibu walking street. Had a great stay. Cheers!

Originally booked Vienna, but it's a bit far from Zhangjiajie Forest Park. I didn't want to take a taxi back and forth, so I changed to Wulingyuan temporarily. Generally, I stay in chain hotels when traveling, and it's easy to fall into traps when staying in famous hotels. I was surprised that the price I booked the night before was actually good, not as ridiculously high as other hotels. I was even more surprised when I arrived. The boss was kind and the environment was very comfortable. It is indeed the best hotel on this street. The room was spacious and clean. What surprised me most was the thick quilt. It was a bit cold there, unlike other hotels where you get a thin quilt and it's cold. The quilt was very comfortable. We didn't book a king bed, but a twin bed. The 1.4-meter bed was also spacious, unlike other hotels where the 1.2-meter bed would fall off when sleeping. Overall, it's very cost-effective.
