房間很乾凈整潔，雖然是上下鋪的床，但是床一點也不小，每個床上還配了一個小桌子，一個小枱燈，非常方便。

衞生非常差距。洗髮水，沐浴露根本沒法用。房間又矮又小，很悶，不透氣。床上就鋪了一床，不知道用了多久了毛毯，顏色都掉了。洗完澡竟然連個浴巾都沒有，差評

設施齊全，乾淨衞生，環境非常不錯，地理位置去哪裡都很方便，詢問了店家小姐姐旅遊地點，耐心解答，人美心善。第一天看魅力湘西結束後晚上11點還未回去，店家還打了電話，詢問是否安全，因為客棧的服務點滴，覺得張家界人好好呀～
