The hotel is very well located, only 30 minutes away from the train station and very close to other touristic places. The staff was very attentive at all times and helped us out in everything we needed during our stay. They would always send breakfast to our room every morning.
All the amenities are very clean. The room is beautifully decorated with wood things which makes it very unique. The hotel also has several trails you can freely walk.
This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in China so far.

體驗感非常好，很多細節上能看出用心。24小時前台值守，入住時引導帶路及幫拎行李到房間，歡迎水果，免費雨傘出借，早餐預訂送到房間，景區遊玩路線講解，以及其他的一些小訴求都會盡心滿足，服務堪比五星級又比星級酒店多了很多人情味兒。外部環境也很美，窗外即風景。唯一不足的是民宿位置離森林公園哪個門都不近，適合自駕游出行。

民宿位置很好，交通也方便。
院子環境非常漂亮，非常安靜，旁邊還有小溪（據説裏面有小螃蟹）。
服務非常熱情，尤其是和我們聯繫的小符，每天都會提前打開空調，每次都打車送我們去國家森林公園。最後一天我們六點出發還早早給煮了雞蛋，拿了一大桶牛奶。

條件很好，早餐也不錯，服務也很好，本來選的星空房，但是湖南五月天天下雨，晚上看不到星星，雨打在玻璃頂上會特別吵，所以服務員給我們換了房間，還給我們免費升級了房型，還送了伴手禮，特別滿意！

離張家界國家森林公園也很近，酒店還提供拼車服務，可以送到景區。👍

服務：美女姐姐人很好，提前給我們打了電話聯繫接站，到了之後還給我們升級了房間，規劃了遊玩的行程，避免走回頭路，節省了很多時間，和姐姐溝通很愉快，對我們的各種問題也很有耐心的去解答，極力推薦這家民宿，尤其是美女姐姐的服務很好。贊贊贊
