Hampton by Hilton, Zhangjiajie Tianmen Mountain

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn for this trip to Zhangjiajie was excellent. The location is superb, very close to Tianmen Mountain, just a 5-minute walk to the cable car station, which made getting to the scenic area incredibly convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped with all sorts of amenities, making for a very comfortable stay. The hotel staff were friendly and patient, whether during check-in or when answering our questions. They even brought us snacks like oatmeal in the evening. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety, including both Western and Chinese options, as well as local rice noodles, ensuring we were well-fed before heading out to explore. Overall, the value for money is great, and staying here made our trip worry-free. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Zhangjiajie.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from the Tianmen Mountain cable car, making it incredibly convenient for hiking and getting around. The rooms are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the service is warm and attentive. While the facilities are a bit lacking in refinement, the overall stay was very good, and I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Tianmen Mountain.

While there might be some noise at night due to construction across the street, I really appreciate that the staff called me beforehand to inform me about it when I booked. Upon entering the hotel, I found the facilities to be excellent, from the underground parking to everything else. I also want to highlight the exceptional service from the front desk staff; they were incredibly detailed, patient, and professional in helping me resolve an issue. The housekeeping staff was also very thoughtful, preparing welcome fruits and amenities in the room before my arrival and promptly bringing us items we needed in the room. Overall, a fantastic hotel stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.
