The hotel reception was wonderful, and the hotel's location is excellent within the old city, close to tourist sites. All the staff were helpful and assisted us in arranging the tour programs. A beautiful resort in the heart of the forest.

We unfortunately had a very bad experience at the homestay next to this property so had to leave there late at night, luckily for us this hotel had a room available and we checked in within minutes, we where greeted with smiles and swiftly brought to our room which was immaculate, I highly recommend you chose this location if you plan to visit the Zhangjiajie national park as it’s also located extremely close and they provide a transfer service to the South Gate. Our room had an amazing view of the surrounding natural landscape, highly recommend.

The room was clean and well-equipped. The owner even gave us a free upgrade to a high-floor room with a balcony. The breakfast selection was rich and varied. They also offered a shuttle service to the South Gate, which made getting to the scenic area very convenient.

Service and hotel is great. While the location is close to the South Gate of the national park it is also far away from any cities. The hotel provides some options for dinner but we preferred eating out. Keep up the good work!

One of the best hotels in all our China trip! Mountain spring water in the basement, that you can use to prepare your tea, incredible view from the room that was inspiring me every single day, sparkling clean, room was very spacious, stylish and well organised. Beautiful tea set in the room, decent breakfast, and big plus, they give free transfer everyday to the South Gate of the park whenever you need it. Good washing machine and ironing station. The highlight of the hotel for sure is their excellent concierge service! Thanks to our butler mr. Yan Pin (sorry if I wrote his name wrong), we got to the park and stayed for 3 days almost without any queue! All these horror stories about waiting in the line for 2-3 hours to the lift etc, we avoided thanks to his intelligent planning! Also he was all the time in touch with us, providing any help we needed. I rarely met such great guest service as he was providing, bravo! Very much recommending this hotel! Firstly for the hotel by itself, secondly for the incredible concierge service! Beautiful place and beautiful experience!

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, with a beautiful mountain view that instantly put me at ease. The hotel service was exceptional, and the unlimited shuttle service to and from the South Gate was super convenient. I especially want to commend the owner for the travel itinerary they put together for us. Following their route, we completely avoided any queues at the Bailong Elevator, and the entire trip went so smoothly – we had an amazing time! The breakfast every day was delicious, and the guesthouse also offers a great menu with really tasty food. After a long day of exploring, it was wonderful to be picked up by the shuttle at the South Gate and then arrive back at the guesthouse to a freshly prepared meal. It was just so relaxing! Zhangjiajie is truly stunning, everyone should come and visit!
