Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff are kind, generous, and go above-and-beyond: from the delicious food, to the clean and comfortable rooms, to the help navigating local parks, to daily art activities

Gorgeous and relaxing property in Zhangjiajie! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay longer! Will definitely be back. Great service from all staff. Highly recommend their restaurant. We didn’t need to eat anywhere else in town!

這次在張家界的住宿體驗簡直太棒了！特別要贊一下這家酒店。房間的設計非常獨特，清晨的陽光透過樹蔭與房間玻璃，這種與自然親近的感覺真是讓人放鬆又享受。而且酒店的服務更是周到得無可挑剔。從入住時的熱情接待到每天的細緻關懷，每一個環節都讓人感受到了家的温暖。房間也是整潔又舒適，各種配置和小玩意我都很喜歡，不覺得是在住酒店，像酒店名字一樣給人在自己家裡的感覺，下次有機會再來張家界，我一定還會選擇這家！

非常滿意的一次入住體驗，賓至如歸！真的感覺這就是在張家界——遠方的家！家人們都非常熱情，還會再次光顧的！
設施：設施齊全，木質結構房屋、院落盡顯雅緻。
衞生：乾淨整潔，每日消毒，一塵不染。
環境：通過上傳圖片就能看到，環境優雅、依山傍水、空氣清新，蟬鳴鳥叫好不愜意，女兒説這就是張家界了，就不要去景點了吧，更願意在這裏小憩。後來又續住了3天，5天四晚的入住體驗，超值！
服務：超級到位，一個羣共10人，管家、司機、客房部、餐飲部等工作人員一應俱全，隨時為您服務。管家24小時值班，每個人都親切熱情，隨時恭候您回家，尤其是小宋管家。早餐可到餐廳吃，也可送至房間享用。晚餐可羣裏點餐，預訂就餐時間，二個人一個包房，很奢侈。

民宿鬧中取靜，自成氣候，環境優美，桂花飄香，住在這裏體驗感很棒，有輕鬆愜意，有閑情野趣，賓至如歸的貼身管家服務讓人有回家的感覺，親子娛樂項目也非常豐富，孩子玩得很開心，樂不思蜀，是會再來的好地方。
