設施：三床房實際第三床是一個超小的臨時加床，舒適度較差。

從來沒在攜程上給過差評這次實在忍無可忍了。
地板就是水泥地臟兮兮的，洗手池沒有熱水，淋浴水温不到30°，打開淋蓬頭噴出來全是鐵銹噴了5分鐘，空調幾乎不制熱，第二天早上起來給凍感冒。
寫着免費停車，結果去的時候讓我們停到一公里開外走過來，第二天找到旁邊停車的地方居然還大晚上打電話讓我們挪車！？

這個價位這種環境，衞生，設施，確實衹能這個評價😂如果是7-8十的，那貪便宜不能給別人差評😖。衹不過可能老闆家生意確實做的大，根本不在乎這儲物間改造的房，進去開下窗子既然還得花功夫幫忙修了才能用😓，空調就在床邊嗡嗡。幸好沒啥蚊蟲，也不知是不是自己薰了艾葉的效果不。
不是昧良心差評，確實實事求是哈。老闆別見怪。

交通便利，樓下便是美食街，步行到森林公園東門衹有五六分鐘路程。前台小姐姐很好，退房後還跟老闆溝通讓我們免費多停了幾個小時的車。如果房間有個小陽台晾衣吹風就更好了，不過六樓上面也有統一晾衣的地方。

這裏的服務不錯，由於航班延誤凌晨四點多來到，小妹在前台把房卡給我，店家詳細告訴我出行的線路，房間挺不錯，寬敞，而且可以自助洗衣服，離店不遠就有夜市，去完景區回來晚餐有着落了，離景區不遠，走過去方便。退房那天還幫我延遲了退房，下山回來可以換衣服，感覺挺不錯的，下次有機會來還會選擇這裏入住

老闆看到我們行李比較多，主動升級成了電梯房，酒店離景區很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，酒店樓下就是美食街，晚上可以溜達着吃吃喝喝，前台有景區地圖，可以合理安排時間上去遊覽，退房的時候可以寄放行李，輕鬆遊玩，玩一天後再拿着行李出發下一站😏

張家界的第二晚住在這裏，相比第一家店，這個店就非常出色，中午就打電話聯繫我，確認到店時間，到店後老闆娘非常熱情的給你倒茶，喝當地的莓茶，這個茶很苦，然後拿出張家界地圖非常詳細的介紹森林公園路線，怎麼玩，推薦大家第一晚住他家，可以很深刻的理解路線和各景點情況，然後加微信，介紹表演，例如魅力湘西。房間我住在二樓，配置不錯，空調洗浴都有，他家有早餐，就在對面街上的壹家人，自助早餐，住他家拿早餐卡免費，要不然是15一位.有餛燉米飯雞蛋等，算是不錯的，他家住了一天，感覺不錯，老闆娘也非常熱情。退房後也打電話問候，並要求好評。我也非常滿意，他家一共3家店都是唯一打頭，我住的這家體驗非常不錯。好評鼓勵，如果第一次去張家界，感覺去他家幫助還是很大的。
