The hotel breakfast buffet was OK. Furthermore, the hotel aircon is controlled by thermostat so cannot manually adjust. However, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Stayed as it was close to Zhangjiajie West Station. Hotel was clean and tidy. Plenty of small shops around for basics and only 10-15 minutes to the station with a Didi.

大廳設計比較新穎，房間風格也很喜歡，設施齊全，採光也很好，水温舒適，洗澡舒服，停車位比較多，是立體停車庫，全自動化，前台態度親切，還免費幫忙打印了資料，15樓還有個小花園，可以坐坐，很滿意的一次入住～

早上很早去了天門山，衣服忘在了洗衣機，前台幫忙拿出來，還晾在了15樓，真的很貼心，房價性價比很高，出行很方便，出門就有一個餐館，水果店都有，天氣好晚上出門散散很舒服，會介紹朋友過來住
