The hotel breakfast buffet was OK. Furthermore, the hotel aircon is controlled by thermostat so cannot manually adjust. However, the room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

Stayed as it was close to Zhangjiajie West Station. Hotel was clean and tidy. Plenty of small shops around for basics and only 10-15 minutes to the station with a Didi.

酒店停車方便，入住很快，房間也很舒適，價格不貴，性價比很高，服務也非常好，很熱情，出入很方便，整體十分舒適，環境很優雅，衞生間乾濕分離，很安靜，房間隔音很好，不影響睡眠，停車也很智能，值得推薦。

來張家界旅遊，提前幾個禮拜預訂的，房間很乾凈，設施齊全，服務也很好，配一次minibar暢飲和下午茶，記得兑換。尤其浴室有頂噴！五一旅遊下雨，但是回到酒店洗個熱水澡休整很開心

酒店環境還行，前台小姐姐服務都非常到位，酒店位置離後溶街比較近，走過去三五分鐘吧，吃吃喝喝都還挺方便的。
不過下午茶就別太當真，三種小點心，三種水果，茶水，有點點小失望，扣0.5分吧

如果對衞生和服務要求馬虎不大講究可以去住！
出門在外最擔心衞生不乾淨，一進房到衞生間味道一股尿味，打電話給前台幫處理下，通知一個客房大姐拿了一個馬桶刷和一瓶清潔劑，把馬桶刷丟地上手柄也壓在浴巾上，沖了幾下水和噴劑，拿馬桶刷在浴室地面搗鼓了一會，然後跟我説沒有味道了，這一波操作我非常無語！我聞了下衞生間還有味道，跟她説衞生間要處理，有味道，然後她又去隔壁拿了條抹布來，在馬桶噴了下清潔劑，馬桶蓋也不掀開，用馬桶刷搗鼓，拿起來水滴馬桶坐墊了，然後拿抹布在坐墊擦了擦，緊接着用馬桶又擦了一遍地面，這酒店的平時清潔原來這樣做，嚇着了！我跟她説不用搞了，把浴巾給我換下，這大姐硬説她馬桶刷沒碰到浴巾不樂意換，後面抱出去了，十幾秒從隔壁工作間又抱了回來，95%沒有換。這波操作下來，跟前台説給換個房，前台直接説沒有大床房了，我打開攜程一看，所有大床都有，當時的截圖上傳！我不想搞的不開心，將就一晚算了！自己沖了一遍淋浴間和衞生間，巾類不敢用。早餐也超級無語，還是服務和衞生差！大家看着來選擇吧！

酒店大堂氣派，前台服務態度好，房間乾淨衞生，床品舒適，衞生間三分離，空間很大，整體感覺舒適。早餐在15樓，粥粉面飯都有，旁邊有個露天觀景台。總體性價比高。
