房間配置好，床品整潔舒適，床墊軟硬適中，睡着舒適不傷腰，空調效果好，室外冰天雪地室內四季如春，熱水供應充足，房間大小合適！

去天門山索道打車10元左右，車可以停酒店，餐也可以。衞生也不錯，服務行，設施齊全。豪華套房不錯。推薦

其實酒店裝修肯定是下功夫了，來旅遊的團挺多，適合老年人吧，地毯該洗洗了，衞生間裏的設施有點兒老舊，但好在房間面積大，住着不擁擠，還兩面有窗。空調給力。前台不太熱情，但提的要求也能幫着解決。保潔大姐挺利索。瓶水不多給，不過出酒店就好多超市和水果店，吃東西非常方便，酒店緊鄰的是個不小的社區，東西價格也實惠。離人民廣場步行街也不遠，打車10塊左右。

房間超喜歡，歐式風格，給我的第一感覺蠻舒服，衞生也乾淨，還是智能馬桶，第一次不會用，打電話到前台，前台小姐姐很熱情的叫服務員過來教我怎麼使用，哎😜真丟人。
