So frendly so welcom. All togheter 100/100 Can't ask for more in this beautiful place. The hotel was perfect.. The room, the breakfast, the service, the smile While giving us service. And the view. When you come to this place you shuld stay in this hotel. Only 10 min Walk to the west Gate (this Gate has no trafic at all) The hotel took us all over. Again.. Perfect

Absolutely amazing stay. Felt like we were staying with a family but with super modern and well furnished hotel rooms. The dogs were fantastic company. Nothing was beyond the calling. Food was amazing throughout - customized to our needs. Cannot go wrong with this property. Nice hike right next to the property along the river - the dogs will guide u on it. Amazing stay.

Best hotel from my experience Very very warm hospitality, all staffs are great. All of them have best service minds. The location is very closed to Zhangjiajia west gate, enter from this gate, you could safe lots of time from queues

This hidden jewel is a unique example for customer service. We, as a couple from Germany, but living in Shanghai, did this Zhangjiajie trip by our own. Without the support from the hotel staff, the trip to the parks and sightseeing points would not have been possible for us. They booked all the itinerary and tickets for us in advance. Hotel is cozy and nice

Very nice and helpful staff! Nearby National forest so it's very convenient! Staff was helpful in managing and making the plan for sightseeing and provided their car service which was very nice! Would recommend to my friends! Very clean and cozy stay! Thank you!

Friendly and quietly located hotel. Immediately on arrival, you feel more like a family member than a regular hotel guest. The hotel is beautifully located a little “of the beaten track” but close to Zhangjiajie Forrest Park entrance. You can take a 10 min walk to the park entrance or the hotel will happily take you there by car. The hotel is clean, modern and offers most things you can wish for. The staff is extremely helpful for any requests you may have. This side of the park is less busy and we found it very convenient to visit Avatar Mountains with less people to fight with. The stay is also much more genuine than staying at one of the bigger hotels. If you plan to visit Tianmen Mountains, the location is a bit distant but transportation are available on requests. We truly had a great experience.

It was a 4-day trip for me and my gf. We were soo surprised by the view from the hotel them moment we arrived. There are 3 adorable dogs welcomed us and the service was so good and helpful. We wouldn’t know where to go if they didn’t plan and guide us. Great private hiking path and waterfall right behind the hotel. Birds would wake you up in the morning.
