首先酒店位置很好，離高鐵站很近，交通非常便利。然後是房間的設計和採光很好，寬敞明亮。下午下雨，酒店大堂有雨傘可以免費使用，個人覺得非常貼心。
退房時看到酒店大堂擺放的小蛋糕挺不錯的，看到賣的月餅盒子特別精美，還買了2盒。

雖説五星但是太隨意，本來晚上打算去酒吧聽歌，結果一幫人破鑼嗓子在唱歌🎤，整個酒店瀰漫著 農家樂既視感！好像還是老闆的朋友啥的，這不是砸招牌嗎？
泳池沒開放，沒地兒玩。唯一下午茶不錯值得一去。
環境和品質沒有恆興維景好，雖然價格都差不多。
服務還不錯，忘貴酒店提升品質。

衞生間的馬桶不是帶沖洗器的 竟然沒有浴缸 應該不夠五星級啊，泳池沒有 健身房沒有開 餐廳衹是在試營業 早餐看上去不少 其實沒有什麼正經高級的食物 魚類肉類都沒有 香腸培根煎蛋充足 唯獨蒙古奶茶比較有特色…小朋友1.4收了半價64元

和男朋友去壩上草原露營，中途在張家口休息，攜程上搜到了這家神仙酒店。完全超預期，服務超級棒，前台小美女Bella不僅和我們聊了壩上旅遊的一些特色，還上門幫我們把隨時帶的生鮮存放到了酒店的冰箱，省了好多事情，讓我們在陌生的城市也不覺得孤單。
還有，酒服務超級棒的一家酒店設備都很新，據説剛裝修沒多久，家居選擇都很用心，實木的傢俱，老闆也是下血本了，值得5星。
另外贊一下床和小沙發都很舒服，很美好的一次體驗，下次來張家口還會住這裏！

入住當天，在四樓自助對面的餐廳吃飯，辣菜中吃出石榴籽，另一道肉菜中吃出頭髮絲，吐槽一下好歹算個五星酒店吧？餐廳的飲用水是自來水燒的，上邊一層浮水垢，但是表揚一下客房服務人員，打掃衞生及時，送水也及時。

酒店是新的，有些味道，但設施較為先進，房間裏有一個小度，孩子在那個機子上玩了玩了一晚上。
早餐中規中矩，有培根和現磨咖啡。
不好之處是房卡丟了，扣50塊錢，交按金，完全沒有大酒店的氣度，白瞎了那麼好的裝修。
