公寓位於一個成熟的社區樓盤裡，周邊餐廳咖啡廳便利店等很多，到古城可以在延通市場站坐6站左右到達，大概半個小時；到火車站不到一個小時。入住前需要先加公寓微信，因為這裡是自助式入住，每天是否打掃可以和對方説。
房間空間可以，有個陽台，洗衣機冰箱都有，維護的不錯，還是挺乾淨的，電視機沒有，是投影儀投屏，效果可以。
入住兩晚，基本是安靜的，總體推薦

房間內的衞生還算可以，適合出差的入住，酒店無早餐，樓下也有很多吃飯的，整體還不錯，房間隔音差勁，樓道的聲音都能聽到，影響休息

太多要吐槽的地方了，訂了兩晚，一直體驗都很不好
1、想要提前入住，一直磨磨唧唧的，説別人給好評可以兩點退房，所以我們就不能提前入住；
2、電吹風吹不出熱風，想要再拿一個，不回我消息，第二天也沒給我拿；
3、隔音超級不好，半夜聽到隔壁看電影聊天又哭又笑的，敲了幾次門也沒人開門，物業去敲門也沒用；
4、房間有空調但是沒有空調遙控器，生怕我打開了浪費電；
5、屋裡和被子上都有一股煙味，散不掉的那種；
6、地方不太好找；

設施：設施齊全，有投影可以投屏看，還帶小陽台可以晾衣服
衞生：衞生乾淨，房間整潔
環境：地理位置很不錯，距離古城挺近的，出門就有共享電動車可以掃，很方便！
下次來漳州還會選擇住這裏✌🏻

房間隔音實在是不太行，門窗都關緊了，半夜路邊的大車聲音很明顯，隔壁的聲音也很明顯，影響入睡，至於衞生，南方有小強也比較正常。我定的價格很經濟。睡眠質量不好的，謹慎預訂吧。
