來漳州跨年的，大堂温馨，房間挺大的，打掃的也很乾凈，淋浴設施用起來非常舒服，另外就是床，感覺超級大，睡的很不錯；洗髮水、沐浴露很香，洗起來很舒服，牙刷也很軟。最值得一提的是，酒店的服務很用心，我提前郵寄到的快遞前台也都幫我們保存妥當，入住的時候發現忘記帶身份證了，禮賓帶我去對面的一個自助機子補辦的身份證明，全程很細心幫我處理。另外晚上我們定了酒店的包廂用餐，包廂的名字都是以各地的山命名的，我們當晚在武夷山吃飯，包廂環境很好，還有點歌機，説是可以唱歌的。上菜速度很快，來漳州肯定是吃海鮮啦，廚師做的也很好吃，到現在還意猶未盡呢。而且服務員禮貌又漂亮，從我們進門到離開，一直都在包廂服務，盡心盡責。第二天退房前台動作也很快，還提醒我們掃停車嘛。

服務熱情周到酒店管理特別棒，服務很好，真的很貼心。第一次住這家酒店，猶豫不知道酒店房型的分佈，在線問了客服，客服回答的很快，而且幫我們安排到更高的樓層。入住的時候前台有很多人在排隊，服務員辦理的動作很快，也很有耐心。給安排的房間也很好，很安靜，房間很大，衞生也很OK，房間有小冰箱可以用，浴室有浴缸，酒店有提供一次性浴缸套，打給服務員拿就可以了，送東西也很快，送東西的服務員也很有禮貌，因為我們住了2個人，順便多叫了2瓶礦泉水，也是免費的哦。晚上回來的時候，服務員已經幫我們整理好房間的衞生了，還有送小餅乾和牛奶，很是貼心。早餐的種類也很多，還有閩南的麪線糊，生燙，好好吃啊。中西式早餐都有。特別值得一提的是，住在這家酒店安全感滿滿，停車的時候我們粗心忘記鎖車了，晚上前台就給我們打電話説酒店保安巡邏的時候發現我們沒有鎖，提醒我們下去鎖一下。下次我還來住！！！

聖誕情緣，一家人從廈門過來，入住温德姆酒店，前台服務很貼心，由於來的比較突然，發生了一些的小插曲，但前台小哥很好的解決了問題，房間安排在24樓，親子主題的房間很温馨，乾淨衞生，需要東西服務員也能很快送過來。周邊商業配套很齊全，樓下就有超市，入住體驗感很好，以後有機會還會再來的!
