大堂的裝修風格挺好，但前台的辦理速度好慢，等了很久，服務態度很一般…房間裝修還不錯。結果洗手間洗手池上面還有頭髮，床上也有，叫了客房阿姨過來整理！！！阿姨挺隨和態度很好。辦公桌和牀頭櫃底下的插頭都是沒電的，極其不方便，衹有床頭旁邊上面的有電，導致筆記本充電很不方便，插電筆記本寫文檔坐在地上寫，房間的網絡電腦居然不能連接！！！！衹能手機連接🙂，我裂開了！！！

交通便利，服務熱情，硬件設施也很棒。目前酒店早餐是旁邊的肯德基提供，一直到10點，非常不錯。在漳州這個價格非常有性價比了，下次還會選擇維也納。

酒店前台保安服務很熱情，疫情期間耐心指導登記掃碼。全程很專業很有安全感！贈送了幾個口罩和酒精棉片！很贊！客房配套很新！跟其他維也納風格不一樣，很温馨！有自助洗衣房，免費提供洗衣液！太方便了！下次還來！

第一次住酒店吃肯德基早餐，挺新穎的，新開的酒店體驗感很不錯，據説是福建首家5.0裝修，比之前住過的維也納檔次高很多，位置也很好，同一棟樓有超市、肯德基、電玩城、足浴店、閩南特色小排擋，大堂還有八馬茶業可以免費品茶，基本上吃喝玩樂都能滿足了，唯一美中不足的就是超市關門比較早晚上買東西不太方便

酒店位置好，環境好 床很舒適，服務也挺好的，有停車場，很方便。旁邊也有超市 肯德基 吃的用的想買都很方便，還有電玩城 有帶孩子的也可以過去玩玩，各種方便。以前也住過別地方的維也納，感覺還是這邊好，高檔大氣一點，推薦 可以優選他家哦。

酒店地理位置不錯，不偏不鬧，出行比較方便，房間寬敞明亮也乾淨，住起來比較舒適。周圍隔壁就有一家網紅美食店，總體不錯。但有一點，入住時馬桶沒有刷乾淨，但保潔及時來清理了。漳州主要可以去逛逛古城，各個城市一樣的古城，大差不差，但還是有一些自己的特色，比如孔廟。酒店騎電摩差不多15-20分鐘的距離，供參考。
