設施極差：一整晚空調吹的都是冷風，別管設定温度多高，室內温度21度，而且空調吹出來的是冷風。
環境：400塊錢的房間，被褥都是潮濕的。
冷空調+濕被褥 沒有任何體驗感可言

我們住在六樓房間正對馬路特別吵，晚上11點，早上7點，馬路上的車鳴笛聲特別大。
因為是老式單層玻璃。有塗層的那種，採光也不是很好，擋光窗簾少一節。睡覺會透光，早上很早就會醒。
隔音效果特別差，因為是地板，樓上大早上就開始來回走，咣噹咣噹的。五六點就被吵醒了。
最重要的是續住一天，結果連續加載兩次房卡。都沒給弄明白。在樓上給酒店打電話，結果信號特別不好，打不通。帶着長者和孩子，20多分鐘沒進去房間。 來回上上下下跑了好幾趟。白天去的景點累的要死，特別添堵，本來去景點兒，中午就沒有吃什麼午飯，晚上想着趕緊回酒店休息，下去吃飯，結果半天進不去酒店。真的沒有比這感受再差的了。真的是一星都不想給了。

毛巾有毛，房間裏一股黴味混雜着濃烈的煙味。
空調異響，房間隔音差，路邊的車聲，過道的腳步聽得一清二楚。
服務意識極差，三點鐘退房從一點半開始，每隔五分鐘打一個電話到房間去催。

可以打零分嗎？真的一分都不想給！最讓我後悔的就是預訂了這個酒店，想吐槽的有幾點：1.自駕離高速很遠，不方便。2.設施陳舊，早幾年裝修還算不錯，現在已經破舊不堪，地毯很多污漬，掉漆開裂的地方不計其數。浴室門關不上，洗澡就跑水。需要重新裝修了！3.服務不好。前台人員素質太低。訂單寫了有攜程專屬通道，不僅沒有，還因為遇到了旅行團入住，前台讓我去在旅行團隊伍裏排隊，兩輛大巴車拉來的人，擠在大廳，一片混亂。導遊説你一個人可以先辦，前台卻連這個都不知道，酒店檔次被這一個前台人員狠狠拉低了！可悲。
我評價很少給差評，但這次不得不給了差評！奉勸自駕遊的客人，不要選擇這個酒店了。
另外什麼攜程專屬通道，就是説著玩的，別當真，沒有這回事兒。攜程自己也檢討一下，做不到的，不要亂説！
訂了兩天兩個訂單，全差評！

原來訂的是親子房間，是無煙的。
但沒想到的是房間通風設備不好，總是排放煙味。
而酒店的員工也不管住戶，在禁煙的地方吸煙！
房間內硬件是不錯，可是親子房理應住的人較多，應該是要有2個浴室較為理想。
