走廊、房間地毯一股黴味，沒有通風，窗户是全密封的，懷疑有些樓層是不是沒有人入住的，來的都是旅遊團的人入住。
選了到店付，還要我另外給300的按金，現在還有酒店需要付按金還是第一次見。
枕頭是發黃的，床單很薄都能看見床墊了，睡着感覺有蟲子那樣，令人發癢，特別是衞生間，在洗漱的時候感覺有蟲子還是蚊子在咬你那樣！！
如果不是辦事地點近，我估計不會考慮！！失望

優點：派頭很足，房間夠大，安靜，算衞生
缺點：號稱人均40元的自助早餐，可吃的東西寥寥可數就算了，發黴的饅頭請問是備了多久？反饋給工作人員，回的話是“衹是外面的紙發黴而已”，這件事衹是這樣而已？

第一次來湛江，有點無語，訂的房間上去竟然沒有搞衞生，然後給我換房了，升級了房間，以為會好點，結果差不多，房間密封窗，非常不透氣，好在空調還行，馬桶還塞住了，沐浴花灑也是壞的，水花四濺。本以為住這老牌酒店會好點，體驗感真的一般般，説真的以後不會住，可能太老了吧，有點年份

過年來找不到酒店了，從開房間開始就巨無語😊
前台兩個人，晚上4點加我們總共3個客人，開房間歷時半個小時之久，期間有好幾個客人折返過來説房門打不開。好心提醒應該集中處理一下門鎖的問題，前台反應：我們也不知道。😀
本來也衹是想湊合住一晚，但看評論説房間有黴臭味。我姐問前台：有沒有稍微乾淨一點的房間幫我們安排一下，前台回答：抱歉女士我們客房已經滿了，要不？ 要不之後沒有説話，感覺下一句話是要不你們換間酒店住。這就是服務態度。
攜程上告知我到店付330元，結果前台要掃700元，我問為什麼要收700？前台非常不耐煩讓我自己問攜程，她們不知道。工作人員不幫顧客解決問題，大過年的反而還甩臉色。
由於過年不想惹的難堪，我服從給了700按金。房間裝潢非常老舊，一次性拖鞋都起毛了，並且非常大的黴臭味。第二天退房退按金，房費原本330，應退我370元按金，結果莫名其妙退了我330，又退了我370，最後又讓我掃330，我不知道退了我330後是不是不能再退40，完全不懂前台是在幹什麼。更好笑的是前台也沒有讓客房檢查房間，直接將按金退我，那請問下付按金的意義是什麼呢？？
最後，酒店雖老，但人員招聘工作建議還是甄別一下，別什麼****都能當前台，業務能力還極差。
