這個酒店真不能住，進去以後那個不是潮，是黴味，發黴的味道，嗆嗓子都，還有那個床軟的要命，後來看了一下，原來是十幾年前用的那種床墊子，已經塌陷了，躺進去就一點支撐都沒有！睡一宿腰痠背痛！如果不是我昨天太累了，懶得動，我一定換個酒店。服務態度還行，硬件太差，大家要聽勸！

環境不錯
服務：很差，一樓大堂2.13入住和2.14辦退房時的那個服務人員態度很差，跟欠了她錢一樣吊著臉，走的時候因為她普通話不標準，聽不懂她説的“有沒有開到車過來”，問了三遍都聽不清楚。再問那個女的直接吼叫起來了，素質令人發噱。
然後當日早上睡過沒吃到早餐，也沒有任何人有任何錶示。
房費還多扣了兩盒避孕套錢，因為帶着小朋友，怕小朋友問，收到抽屜裏了。檢查房間時的工作人員直接就給扣錢了。
就各方面還都蠻差勁的，屬於小地方不能有太多期待，但前台那個服務人員態度過界了，屬實不稱職且影響觀感。

這家酒店愧對星級酒店名號，首先進門一股裝修味道，提前預訂了兩個房間住兩晚，結果當天15點去拿房間，衹給了一個房間，説另外一個房間還沒收拾好，五一假期人多我都理解了，最離譜是睡到第二天早上8點鐘一個陌生人用房卡來開你的門，對着睡覺的我説，不是已經退房了嗎?最離譜的是還走到我的床前面，拿起我的房間電話打給前台確認，嚇**的操作，然後一小時內陸陸續續來了三個人用房卡來開我的門，星級酒店就是這樣的管理?我打去前台投訴，處理結果是給我們晚點離店?馬上二話不説馬上換酒店了，招待所也不至於像你這樣玩顧客的吧?我把開我的門的人員的取電卡拍下來了，圖片在評論區，真實可靠的驚魂酒店，這樣的管理歡迎來探險!

老酒店了，一股黴味，房間潮潮的，有露天游泳池，但是應該是承包給外面的人經營了，有很多孩子培訓，沒有參加培訓的人不準在外道玩，更衣間的味道比廁所還大。

1.房間房卡是壞的，進不了門，打電話聯繫前台，前台還要自己下去換房卡。解釋説是房卡磁性不行了。
2早餐9點50就沒東西吃了，東西都收起來了就那麼急着下班嗎？
3.酒店訂單是2張早餐券，入住時給了我一張早餐劵。我早餐時忘記帶劵了，到前台問能不能給我一張劵，我就不用上樓拿了，答覆説不行。又問能不能我先吃，吃完再上房間拿劵下來還，不行。
衹能説服務太差。
