面積真的超級大，一進門就覺得的性價比也太高了吧，有沙發，有廚房，洗衣機，竟然還有一個小的晾曬區。好評

公寓在一棟32層的大樓裏面，離金沙灣比較近，步行十多分鐘就到了，房間配有一個小廚房、衞生間乾濕分離，有洗衣機和一個可以曬衣服的小陽台，有沙發和小餐桌，電視等，浴室配的是一次性的洗臉巾和浴巾，這點感覺特別好，拖鞋不是一次性的，沒敢用，自己帶了，每天有兩瓶免費的礦泉水，每天會有服務員進行簡單的打掃，總的來説還比較滿意，由於我原來不知道什麼時候返程，所以先衹定了兩天的房間，後面都是一天一天的定，房價每天都在變，這個感覺不太好

房間面積不大，但卧室、客廳、廚房、衞生間都有，還配有小冰箱。房間乾淨衞生，一次性浴巾、毛巾用的安全放心。窗口對着海灣，近在眼前。樓下小吃很多很方便。出行可以打車、公交車站就在附近。

首先聲明我不是託，以下是個人體驗：
1.整體上非常滿意，距離金沙灣海灘很近，步行就可以了，這個價錢性價比很高了。2，是海景房，這是大山來的孩子最愛，開窗就看到大海.3.前台位置就在11棟樓下，民宿在12棟，前台服務熱情，續房後衞生也做得及時，我退房遺留的衣服也打幾次電話給我，謝謝.4.樓下各種吃的，就是小區的步行街，樓下的“鳴記雞煲”很好吃，老字號。5.如果唯一覺得美中不足的，就是廁所的排氣扇老化，店家需要換一下囉，不然影響體驗感。給你五星，加油！
