定的景觀房，結果看工地🏗️，房間很小，衞生間通風、燈光都不太好，整個房間暗暗的，早餐尤其差，沒人服務沒有餐食選擇，住過的最差的沒有之一

不是每個麗楓都值得好評，射燈關不了，捲簾卷不上，前台服務極差，態度傲慢，體驗極差，最差的體驗，是江南世家店留下的，打死都不住這家店了

房間真的太臭了，不止是黴味。住過很多次各地的麗楓，讓我懷疑這家到底是不是了？太糟糕了！馬桶上也有不知道什麼污漬噁心得不敢拿出手機拍照
訂的景觀問和其他房間有什麼區別 前台説衹是名字不一樣，也是尷尬了，圖片可能就是所謂的景觀吧！！

這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一！一開始進酒店前台的態度就很差，一個什麼也不説直接伸手拿身份證，另外一個叫報號碼我問輸哪裡她就用手指點了點屏幕，已經搞定了也不説一聲，還要我們問是不是可以了，可以説是第一次遇到沒禮貌的前台！
進房間之後走廊燈是壞的，被子很多灰塵，還缺少了一個枕頭套，但是説我們動了被子所以不肯換房間，叫了電工叔叔來修理，叔叔態度很好，還幫酒店和前台説話，讓我多多包涵，因為叔叔真的很好，本來已經打算算了，但是浴室的插頭竟然是擺設，根本用不了！又叫了電工叔叔來看，才説給我換房間。
換房間之後更加離譜，浴室插座一個是壞的，一個是接觸不良會斷電，也是用不了的，又打電話來問是不是漏了葯在前一個房間，其實是上一個客人留下的，真無語啊家人們，他們是完全不收拾檢查的嗎？到了晚上，居然還有這麼塞黃色小卡片在房間門口…這也是我第一次遇到的…
總之就是我住過最差最差最差的酒店，損壞麗楓形象，破壞對湛江的體感，避雷避雷避雷！！！
另外建議給電工叔叔加工資，給前台重新培訓服務意識吧

前台工作人員很熱情，認真負責！到店登記的時候還不忘提供消毒毛巾和茶水，很貼心！房間很乾凈！周邊也有超市很便利！
