衹能説一般…3分就是一般，哪裡有那麼多的5星好評。自行辦理入住，攜程辦理了延時到2點。早上微信聯繫我12點退房，我説明瞭下。結果1點半還是有阿姨來敲門了…被催的感覺挺不好的。不想誤導其他人，也為了評價的公正性，衹能給3星了，一般般，不算太好也不會太坑哈。

一室一廳，總面積不大，衞生間洗臉盆下水管裏冒臭氣，太難聞。床上用品布料很差，用的是淺紅色布，很難判斷是否洗乾淨，毛巾是布色的，有再多的灰也看不出來。房間不是每天有保潔工打掃，地面較多的灰塵。公寓走道衞生很好。

酒店是公寓式民宿，房間面積很大，1房的套房，衞生間廚房洗衣機該有的都有，設施齊全很方便。地段位於具有成熟配套的住宅區，樓下商業很豐富，吃飯逛街購物很便利，短住長住都很適合。交通也方便，對面就是公交站，轉1次車就可以抵達西客站。

春節期間去的湛江，這個公寓還行，離金沙灣很近，10分鐘左右能到。看不見海景。吃飯方便，下樓就有很多店。先定的房間進去後有異味，打電話給房東要求換房，沒想到爽快答應了，看了兩個房間，最後換了一個高層的。熱水器水龍頭壞了，打電話叫房東過來修，10分鐘就到了很快修好了。服務態度非常好！
