服務熱情，地理位置優越，對面就是大海，走過去沙灘大概幾分鐘。而且公寓一樓有星巴克，奶茶店，水果店，便利店，肥輝餐廳。值得推薦！

酒店環境不錯，馬路對面就是海灘了，吃完飯到海邊散下步很愜意。房間的小點心挺好吃，服務也很熱情，早餐試了推薦的牛腩粉確實不錯（忘記拍照牛腩粉了）

位置相當的好，樓下就有便利店和茶餐廳，隔條馬路就是沙灘，非常適合帶娃，早餐一般般，如果能提高點早餐質量就好了

湛江住金沙灣，金沙灣住明粵公寓，這次選的酒店非常不錯，海景房630一晚，雙面窗，超級海景太有感覺了。步行10分鐘就是紅嘴鷗遊輪渡口，步行2分鐘就是人工沙灘，繼續10分鐘就是新麗天商場，有超會買超市，有晚上很多小吃路邊攤，方便出行方便購物方便休閑方便散心，總之就是好。樓下有星巴克7-11和茶餐廳鮮果店。早餐品種不太多但是少而精，純牛奶麥片，青苦菊和紅葉生菜，奧爾良雞翅，牛腩粉我老公吃了兩碗，我愛的品種都有了。棒！
