真是無語 訂單到2點退房 1.30就來催我退房 起來整個房間都是黑的 斷電了 給前台打電話 問了我這訂單到2點 怎麼斷掉了 好聲好氣叫他送張卡過來 有送來 這些都能理解吧。1.56分電又給我斷了 問就是電腦計時到了 電腦你沒調他會斷嗎？前兩天到現在還在感冒發燒 在你家樓上住那個熱水器都沒有都沒這麼氣 畢竟在你家住了不是第一回了 老客户你都這樣搞 不知道生意怎麼做？

差評！牆面和頂部是發黴的，雙人間，煙味很重，房間是帶麻將桌的，應該平時挺多人會在這裏訂房打麻將，給人感覺特別臟。空氣也不清新。換了房之後，感覺空氣也很差，晚上睡覺，門縫是透光的，隔音也很差。住酒店，停車是要自費的。無語得很。肯定不會再住。

旅行中住過最差的公寓！ 一進門，一股異味，牆壁黴漬，被子發黴發黃，廁所外的燈已壞，化粧鏡燈光無法使用，廁所花灑破損，出水量減一半。非常不滿意，入住感非常差。

到湛江出差，出乎意料的好，房間足夠大，隔音也好，沒有聽見外面有什麼聲音過，電視投屏看的也特別舒服，主要是自帶會員，想看什麼都行，下次來還住這。性價比很高的一家店。

環境：酒店的裝修不像新開業的，房間裏面看起來有幾年了，房間裏面有股黴味，床邊和牆紙也有黴點，整體和圖片相差比較大。衞生：還有上一位住客用的捲紙沒有清理掉，廁所裏面有幾卷的捲紙都是開封用過的。新入住起碼都準備沒有開封的紙巾吧。
