The windows are well lit. The layout is warm. Small refrigerator, air freshener, hair dryer, self-service robot delivery water service, laundry room is equipped with all 👍 clean and tidy 👍 front desk beauty service is super good 👍, I said that Shenzhen is ready to visit Dinghu Mountain, and said that we are very welcome to visit Dazhaoqing. I asked some places to eat and responded enthusiastically and politely. Next time I bring my family, I will stay at Lavande Hotel 😝

The hotel is located on the side of the road and is very easy to find. There is an open-air parking lot, there is a car charging pile (is fast charging), the room is relatively large, clean, the twin room is on the side of the road, the sound is not bad, not noisy. The big bed room is inside. The front desk service is very warm, the breakfast is varied and rich, and the taste is good. Surprisingly, this hotel provides a free laundry room and dryer. You can take your clothes to wash and dry. If you have not taken the clothes after washing, the hotel staff will send it to the room according to the note you left. This is more praiseworthy. The hotel drives to Qixingyan Scenic Area for about 20 minutes and drives to Dinghu Mountain for about 15 minutes. The location is very good. A recommended hotel!

Everything is nice. The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. It seems the hotel is taking more than what they can handle sometimes, especially during public holidays.

Booked two rooms. Apparently our two single-beds room is bigger and came with a refrigerator. Our queen bed room’s washroom is way smaller and did not have a refrigerator. But overall experience is good.

Our room type is: Tongmeng City View Child-Mother Room, which contains a 1.8-meter large bed + a 1.2-meter small bed. The style of the room is warm and cute, full of childlike fun, with a small tent and a small wooden horse. There is a bathtub that provides a duck family with toys (a big yellow mother duck and two ducklings), which can be placed in the bathtub to play. The two kids spray water on each other and have a lot of fun! 3. The hotel is strategically located: close to Qixingyan Scenic Area; directly connected to Xinghu International Plaza (large comprehensive shopping mall), and there is another shopping mall next door; downstairs is Qixingyan Archway, Musical Fountain, Archway Park, Xinghu Cruise Ship Terminal, Bauhinia Xidi Cultural and Creative Street, Food Street, Children's Paradise, etc. It is very close to any gate of Qixingyan Scenic Area by driving or taking a taxi from the hotel. Staying here can easily kill 2 days! 4. The viewing platform on the 7th and 8th floors is so surprising! On the 7th floor, you can sit and drink tea and enjoy the view, and then go up to the 8th floor, which is a very wide terrace. From here you can directly see the front and side of the musical fountain, and have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Qixingyan! 5. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety, high quality and value for money! 6. I was given a fruit plate as a gift, and I have to praise it. The fruit is very fresh and sweet, and it’s really delicious! 7. The outdoor swimming pool on the fourth floor is very beautiful and can be seen from the window as soon as you come out of the room. It is very pleasing to the eye! -- Areas for improvement: The swimming pool on the 1st and 4th floors. After exiting the hotel door, I didn't see any instructions. I was at a loss as to how to enter the swimming pool. It's really just a matter of simply putting a sign there: Please enter the pool from the gym on the right. The lack of such a reminder caused trouble to the guests. --Other information that can be shared: 1. Regarding how to visit Qixingyan Scenic Area, I personally recommend taking a wetland park cruise, because this project includes multiple itineraries of boating + visiting 3 islands, and the content is relatively rich. And you can watch and feed up close: flamingos, red-crowned cranes, swans and many other birds and animals. This is much more interesting than simply looking at mountains and rivers!

Rooms r renovated. Sound proof ok, if one talk loud in hallway or shouting in the garden u can hear the noise even on 3rd floor but only happened twice in my 4 days stay so very acceptable. Room n floors r smoke free which is a plus. Hot water pressure stable. A couple flies in the shower drain at first but end up dead so didn't bother me. Main thing is tv has tvb n pearl channels. Pillows have soft n hard to choose from. Has free laundry room. 3 shopping malls n lots of shops/eateries/2 supermarkets within 5 to 10 min. Walk fm hotel. Bus stops r nearby. Very convenient if u r a tourist.

It is equipped with free charging cables, free drinks, etc. The breakfast buffet on the fourth floor has a good environment and the food is okay. A great stay experience, I will come again if I have the chance.

The hotel is upstairs in the mall, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The parking lot is on the underground first floor of the mall. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. She also upgraded my room for free. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. It was a very pleasant stay experience. I booked the ninth floor before and it felt OK. This time I stayed on the fourth floor. The carpet was very dirty and there was a smell when I entered. The air conditioner in one of the rooms was not cool enough.
