Booked two rooms. Apparently our two single-beds room is bigger and came with a refrigerator. Our queen bed room’s washroom is way smaller and did not have a refrigerator. But overall experience is good.

Everything is nice. The only thing that can be improved is breakfast. It seems the hotel is taking more than what they can handle sometimes, especially during public holidays.

It is said to be the only five-star hotel in the area. The environment is very good. You can see that the decoration materials are very careful, and it has some royal style at that time. It has been renovated now, and the hardware conditions are still very good. In addition, the service is also expected to be more detailed and improved. I feel that the hotel's service, especially the attitude and enthusiasm of the front desk staff, needs to be improved. Such a good geographical location should be better developed. There is also a revolving restaurant on the roof with an unbeatable view. I look forward to a better service next time I come.

-- Hotel advantages: 1. The hotel is very new, the decoration is modern and fashionable, the hardware facilities are also very complete, and it is very comfortable to live in! 2. Our room type is: Tongmeng City View Child-Mother Room, which contains a 1.8-meter large bed + a 1.2-meter small bed. The style of the room is warm and cute, full of childlike fun, with a small tent and a small wooden horse. There is a bathtub that provides a duck family with toys (a big yellow mother duck and two ducklings), which can be placed in the bathtub to play. The two kids spray water on each other and have a lot of fun! 3. The hotel is strategically located: close to Qixingyan Scenic Area; directly connected to Xinghu International Plaza (large comprehensive shopping mall), and there is another shopping mall next door; downstairs is Qixingyan Archway, Musical Fountain, Archway Park, Xinghu Cruise Ship Terminal, Bauhinia Xidi Cultural and Creative Street, Food Street, Children's Paradise, etc. It is very close to any gate of Qixingyan Scenic Area by driving or taking a taxi from the hotel. Staying here can easily kill 2 days! 4. The viewing platform on the 7th and 8th floors is so surprising! On the 7th floor, you can sit and drink tea and enjoy the view, and then go up to the 8th floor, which is a very wide terrace. From here you can directly see the front and side of the musical fountain, and have a panoramic view of the beautiful scenery of Qixingyan! 5. The hotel's buffet breakfast is rich in variety, high quality and value for money! 6. I was given a fruit plate as a gift, and I have to praise it. The fruit is very fresh and sweet, and it’s really delicious! 7. The outdoor swimming pool on the fourth floor is very beautiful and can be seen from the window as soon as you come out of the room. It is very pleasing to the eye! -- Areas for improvement: The swimming pool on the 1st and 4th floors. After exiting the hotel door, I didn't see any instructions. I was at a loss as to how to enter the swimming pool. It's really just a matter of simply putting a sign there: Please enter the pool from the gym on the right. The lack of such a reminder caused trouble to the guests. --Other information that can be shared: 1. Regarding how to visit Qixingyan Scenic Area, I personally recommend taking a wetland park cruise, because this project includes multiple itineraries of boating + visiting 3 islands, and the content is relatively rich. And you can watch and feed up close: flamingos, red-crowned cranes, swans and many other birds and animals. This is much more interesting than simply looking at mountains and rivers!

Rooms r renovated. Sound proof ok, if one talk loud in hallway or shouting in the garden u can hear the noise even on 3rd floor but only happened twice in my 4 days stay so very acceptable. Room n floors r smoke free which is a plus. Hot water pressure stable. A couple flies in the shower drain at first but end up dead so didn't bother me. Main thing is tv has tvb n pearl channels. Pillows have soft n hard to choose from. Has free laundry room. 3 shopping malls n lots of shops/eateries/2 supermarkets within 5 to 10 min. Walk fm hotel. Bus stops r nearby. Very convenient if u r a tourist.

The hotel is upstairs in the mall, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The parking lot is on the underground first floor of the mall. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. She also upgraded my room for free. The room was clean, tidy and spacious. It was a very pleasant stay experience. It is worth recommending!

A very nice hotel. The lobby is spacious and bright. It is equipped with tea. There are also some small facilities, such as rubber bands for dental floss to tie your hair. Although they are inconspicuous, they are very practical. The front desk staff has a very good attitude and makes people feel at home. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. It is equipped with free charging cables, free drinks, etc. The breakfast buffet on the fourth floor has a good environment and the food is okay. A great stay experience, I will come again if I have the chance.

The most cost-effective hotel in Dinghu Mountain Although it was renovated in 18 years, it is still very new. The whole lobby is bright. I booked a twin room. The room is very square. The windows are well lit. The layout is warm. Small refrigerator, air freshener, hair dryer, self-service robot delivery water service, laundry room is equipped with all 👍 clean and tidy 👍 front desk beauty service is super good 👍, I said that Shenzhen is ready to visit Dinghu Mountain, and said that we are very welcome to visit Dazhaoqing. I asked some places to eat and responded enthusiastically and politely. Next time I bring my family, I will stay at Lavande Hotel 😝

Wonderful! My 2 nights vacation at Sheraton Zhaoqing Dinghu was outstanding! I upgraded my room once I arrived to the deluxe suite with was worthwhile! Emma and Dior were kind enough to come get me from the train station because the taxi drivers were difficult to communicate with and I was not sure where to go for DiDi pickups. Emma took very good care of me and made me feel extremely comfortable. She made my vacation so much better and I’m extremely grateful! The room was absolutely gorgeous and I was extremely comfortable! The staff was kind and friendly while the food was delicious! I had a lovely 2 nights vacation! I’m looking forward to visiting in the future!
