首先居住環境一般，在一個開上6樓車庫的酒店，在去住宿地方。接下來我要細講述一個發生在2024年除夕早上的事故。早上在去餐廳吃飯途中要出門檻去左手邊餐廳就餐，當時聽了要出門左轉去餐廳就覺得驚訝！門上有門簾，門檻上有不平整什麼檻，當時出去被門檻絆倒，絆倒後沒工作人員詢問和扶起來。不久後，我自己迷迷糊糊爬起來的，當時還牽着不到6歲的小朋友，還好小朋友沒事。起來後便去了餐廳，當時前台一個男生問我要餐票，我當時暈暈的，還去給小朋友打了點蛋炒飯，後面找服務員要了冰塊，敷臉，半邊臉撞在⭕️的這個花台邊上。頭腦脹痛，臉頰、左右手、膝蓋，全身痠痛，這幾天時不時頭暈腦脹。由於是春節期間，又是在昭通一個外地，就想着不耽誤時間去找事扯皮。僅僅衹想説這個酒店的管理人員以及工作人員服務態度，顧客在酒店摔倒，既然從頭到尾沒有詢問一句，也沒人扶，更沒有説提供醫葯箱等等，我想這些應該是一個開門營業的酒店最基本的設施設備和服務態度。

以前每年都來，覺得早餐也豐富，設施也好，但是這次體驗有點差，熱水要放大約3分鐘才有，太浪費水了，房間也有股味道，就是很久沒人住的那種味道，早餐也沒以前好了，唯一沒變的就是米線一如既往，其他就很敷衍了。還是有點失望

酒店🏨位置好在市中心，前台💁🏻♀️接待熱情，樓下就是商場超市，室內免費停車🚗方便，房間清潔衞生，設施齊全，早餐豐富有包子雞蛋🥚米線水果🍏等，步行十多分鐘就可逛陡街和古城，值得推薦！😍

作為商務酒店還可以， 有自己的停車樓！愛的魔力轉圈圈，一直開車到6樓停車！下面一樓是恆邦自己的商場。停車購物都很方便。恆邦在雲南很多城市都有商場，問當地人都知道恆邦商場

已經住了好幾次恆邦了，每次來昭通基本住恆邦，周圍很好逛街，吃的也很多，酒店早餐種類挺多，他家的米線也超好吃

酒店地處繁華的青年路，逛吃逛玩都很方便，停車場很大方便停車，而且標誌明顯，我們導航過來首先就看到了停車場，從停車場可以直接到酒店的接待大廳，反而是酒店店招不容易被看到。
房間床品摺疊有新意，放着幾衹摺好的千紙鶴，小朋友非常喜歡，房間、衞生間都不算小，而且很乾凈，沒有異味，房間櫃子裏裝有兩個備用枕，這點對喜歡高枕和帶孩子的人很友好，晚上送了兩盒免費的牛奶。雖然地處鬧市，但晚上很安靜，可以安心入睡。
前台及房間的工作人員服務很好，熱情禮貌，值得點贊。
早餐也很豐富。

停車場是和商場共用的小，層數多，下午去停車太難了，轉了一圈又一圈，出去的車也多，停車都要花幾十分鐘。停好車找酒店也讓我們好多人找了幾個大圈，指示牌太不明顯了
