這家酒店着實令人驚喜。服務方面堪稱一流，員工們熱情周到、訓練有素，總是能在第一時間滿足客人的需求，並且態度親切自然，讓人如沐春風。衞生狀況無可挑剔，從大堂到客房，每一個角落都乾淨清爽，床鋪、衞生間等都一塵不染，給人十足的安心感。環境營造得十分出色，酒店內部裝飾精美典雅，外部周邊環境安靜宜人，整體氛圍讓人感覺非常舒適和放鬆。
設施配備也十分完善，高品質的傢俱、先進的電器設備等一應俱全，無論是休閑娛樂還是工作需求都能很好地滿足，而且設施都維護得很好，使用起來很順暢。

滿意度100分，酒店超棒的，房間很寬敞乾淨採光也好，前台小姐姐服務特別熱情周到，就連酒店附近哪裡有吃的玩的都給我們做好了攻略，還有就是房間裏面的化粧鏡子都是LED的，簡直是小姐姐出門住酒店的首選，早餐也很有當地特色，品種很豐富，味道很不錯，就連晚上都有甜品提供，停車也很方便，值得推薦

外部綠化良好，給人清新舒適的感覺。床鋪乾淨整潔，沒有異味；衞生間無污漬、水漬，潔具光亮如新。床的舒適度很高，讓人能得到較好的休息。客房服務響應及時，有需求時能快速得到解決。

前台小姐姐服務蠻好的 還給升級了一下房間。房間浴室很大，奶呼呼的做為女生很難不愛，拍照📸巨出片，窗外像一幅畫一樣，巨美。想拍氛圍感照片的美女們，可以沖他們家的高級大床房。

房間很大很乾凈房間設施齊全，服務員很熱情幫忙拿行李狠狠貼心了，帶了孩子入住她們也貼心的免費升級了一個大房間贈送了兩份早餐，早餐也很豐富。酒店離古城很近周邊都很方便，狠狠推薦

酒店設施理想，儲物特別方便。環境衞生良好。服務熱情周到。地理位置距古城步行五分鐘即到。尤其是酒店供應的早餐不但品種多而且南北方老少皆宜，非常人性化。以後還會訂住維也納酒店。
