You can hear the breathing in the room clearly from outside. Let's talk about the bed. I haven't slept on such a hard spring bed in 20 years. Ladies and gentlemen, spring bed. Oh my god. I left a power bank in the room when I checked out and forgot to return it. I called the front desk to return it. Just take it off and plug it in. The front desk told me that it couldn't be returned. I drove back to return it. Oh my god!!!!!! I thought I chose the most expensive hotel, so it shouldn't be bad. Haha. All I can say is to avoid thunder, avoid thunder, avoid thunder.

After arriving at the place, I booked the hotel online, and then went in to check in. As a result, the front desk *** and the *** next to them said that they would book it when they arrived at the door, and they were quite reluctant. I asked the front desk how much it cost, and they said in a very arrogant way that it was the same as online. They gave me a breakfast ticket and said that since I booked it online, there was no breakfast. It seemed that they looked down on online bookings. They were two snobs. I guess they are only suitable to be receptionists in this life. The soundproofing in the room is super, super bad, worse than you can imagine. The voices of people talking at the door sounded like they were overhead. The hygiene is also super bad. It's terrible. The door curtain looked good, but I didn't expect it to be so rotten inside. It's too rubbish. The slippers are very thin and very cheap. The faucet is so dirty and disgusting, and the box for toothbrushes next to it is covered with dust.

The room I picked on Ctrip has the newest decoration. The price is nearly half of the hotel next door. There is no air conditioning in the room. It was too hot at night and the child still cried even if I slept with the window open. I had to open the door again. I didn't sleep all night! The cheap smart toilet has no water tank. It was still not clean after flushing more than 20 times! The shower room floor drain is not smooth, and you have to stand in the water when taking a shower! The curtain on the glass wall of the bathroom looks like a hotel! There is no customer service landline in the room! A group of us booked 5 rooms and everyone said that it was too hot at night and they didn't sleep much. I don't know where the good reviews come from. This is the worst experience I have had in several trips to Inner Mongolia.

The service attitude was very poor. No one came to help with the luggage. The guests had to carry their luggage on their own with a trolley. They also refused to open the door for them, and just threw the key to the guests, asking them to open it themselves.

This should be the best hotel in the county, with good hygiene. But in winter, the temperature difference between the room and the outside is too big, so you have to wear the thinnest pajamas in the room, it's very hot.

Except for the fact that it is newly renovated, other services are extremely poor. It is the worst hotel experience I have ever had!

No air conditioning. The room was stuffy. Opening the window was messy. Too noisy and couldn't sleep.

The room hygiene really needs to be improved. There were at least four hairs on the bed and a bunch of hair in the bathroom. There were clumps of toothpaste left by the previous guests on the wash basin that had not been wiped off. There were popsicle sticks under the bed. We checked in too late and just made do with it. My friend checked out and changed hotels directly. This is definitely the most unhygienic hotel I have ever stayed in.

The sheets were stained, the room was not cleaned properly, the bed was very hard, the pillows were very flat, and there was no air conditioning in the room! ! The hair dryer had to be sent by the front desk! In the end, the experience was very bad and I will not stay here again! !
