[WARNING] Avoid this hotel at all costs! It's absolutely terrible and I strongly advise against staying here. Located right next to the train station, the noise was unbearable and I didn't get a wink of sleep – the soundproofing is practically nonexistent. The room facilities were incredibly outdated and run down, and the cleanliness was questionable. What's worse, the service was appalling. The front desk staff were completely unwelcoming, and the security guards were openly discriminatory and lacked any sense of customer service.

The front desk staff upgraded my room! I was so pleasantly surprised when I walked in! The space was huge and very clean. The soundproofing at night was also great; even though it's next to the train station, you could barely hear any noise. There are plenty of restaurants downstairs, which is super convenient! I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Zhengzhou. It's close to transportation, the environment is nice, the service is good, and it's excellent value for money.

Right next to the train station's ticket office, it's super easy to find. Erqi Square is nearby with plenty of food and shopping options, less than a 10-minute walk away. If you want to go elsewhere, just hop on the subway from Erqi Square – it's really convenient. For Shaolin Temple, head to the bus station across the street; you can buy tickets on the spot, and there are frequent departures.

room.was too hot for me, lights had to stay on to keep room ventilation fan on, carpet appeared.. unclean- cleaning people not at fault- carpet is too old, stained, not good. Room generally hot/stuffy room. Sheets were clean though. I slept with lights on all night to keep ventilation fan running as the electricityis not separate for each. I have a sleep mask so it still worked. All staff were very polite, friendly, professional. Location is 5 minute walk across a concrete Erqi Square to the bus station that can take you to Dengfeng-where you then hop on a bus to the Shaolin Temple.

I originally booked a three-hour slot from 5:30 PM to 8:30 PM, but because I checked in at 5:08 PM, they changed my check-in and check-out times without clearly notifying me. The hotel is located right next to the Zhengzhou Railway station; just exit the gate and turn left. The room is very large but the restroom has a bad smell, quite old. The price is good. Recommend for you!!
