很不錯 而且就在車站非常方便周圍吃飯，小商品市場 商場 很豐富。衞生 服務很到位，適合長期短期居住。有餐廳可以選擇性大。

鄭州市中原大廈位置好，火車站正對面，火車站東廣場步行50米就到，環境經濟實惠，自已花錢，三星級就可以，早餐在旁邊天鵝賓館三樓，都是一家，早餐炒菜，涼菜，全是素菜，沒有肉菜，河南特色胡辣湯，影院房不實用，我住二晚，電視都看不到，洗澡水温乎，住二天沒洗澡。

賓館就在售票廳正對面，很便捷。房間也不小，為了坐火車所以帶着孩子就是住一晚，便捷。這個性價比挺高的，價格對得起這個設施，推薦。前台姐姐服務挺好，住的房間在五樓看到了汽車站和這個燈塔，早晨六點多還可以點個外賣吃

賓館位置極佳，就在火車站廣場，樓下是公路客運中心，出行極為方便。門口特色小吃一條街能充分滿足你的味蕾。房間設施該升級了。

出站就是酒店，交通便利價格適中，周圍吃喝玩樂都有，非常適合來鄭州火車站中轉的朋友臨時歇腳，雖然身處火車站廣場，但房間不吵

房間的位置確實不錯，但也是唯一值得稱道的地方了。首先是停車位，來之前酒店頁面聲明可以提供免費停車位，但是來之後卻告知停車位已滿，並且盛氣凌人地表示可以選擇退房（問題是當時已經過了無責退房時限），無奈之下衹能選擇車站地下停車場並被迫交納9個小時地停車費38元（貴的要命）。再説房間，一來沒有放置衞生紙、二來連雙一次性拖鞋也沒有、三來居然還沒有打掃乾淨（有前人住過的痕跡）。總體我是非常不滿意本次入住體驗，如果不是入住時間太晚的緣故，我是決計不會入住這家酒店的，差評給上！

共住了二天，房間沒有打掃，房卡和牆上電話又都聯繫不上，衹能去前台反饋。第二天晩上7點左右火車，因去少林寺旅行一早退房了，下午回程晚些在寄存了一個小包，前台好像不太高興，要我早些回來取小包。
