Huantang Moshe Hotel (Zhengzhou High-speed Railway East Station)

The room is very clean, spacious and bright. The hotel staff provided excellent service, upgraded the room type, and had a very good attitude and professionalism. The hotel's breakfast was also very good and tasted good. This hotel is absolutely cost-effective. Both the environment and service are very good at the same price.

The room is OK, quite clean, the room service is also good, WeChat communication is very convenient, the service attitude is very good, but the pillows are too soft, there is no hard one.

The front desk lady was very enthusiastic and helped to solve the check-in problem. The hotel location is really good, but the bathroom has a bad smell that needs to be dealt with immediately. It is recommended to put a photo of the building on the promotional page so that you can see it as soon as you exit the platform door. Because I didn't know how to get there, I actually took a taxi from the high-speed rail station to the hotel.

The hotel is very close to the high-speed rail station, only a five-minute walk away. Standing upstairs in the hotel, you can clearly see the high-speed rail station. The room is spacious and bright. The breakfast is also good. There are not many varieties, but it is quite exquisite and delicious.

The air conditioner didn't have cold air, only natural wind, it was too hot, the front desk said that cold air would only be available after May 1st. The view down was nice.

We checked in around 7:30 pm. When we entered the room, the temperature was 28 degrees. We found that the air conditioner wouldn't turn on. We called the front desk and asked them to ask an aunt to come up and take a look. After waiting for more than ten minutes, an aunt came over with a ladder and said that the air conditioner had tripped. However, even if the power was on, there was no cold air, only ventilation. When we asked why, we were told that the property management of the entire building wouldn't let them turn on the air conditioner and they would have to wait until mid-May. They said the whole Zhengzhou was like this. I was sweating all over at night and woke up two or three times because there was no air conditioning and the room was not ventilated. I was sweating every time. The pillow and quilt were both wet. There was also red on the pillow and I didn't know if it was oil stains or something. It wasn't washed clean. The socket of the light in front of the bathroom mirror is also movable. When you unplug the hair dryer, the whole socket will be unplugged as well (no wonder there is tape on it). There is a problem with the floor drain in the bathroom. The water can't drain down. After taking a shower, the whole bathroom feels like it's flooded. I almost slipped several times. I asked the front desk and they said that deodorant was put in the floor drain and guests should just open the floor drain before taking a shower. I was really speechless. It was my first time staying in a hotel and I heard that guests need to open the floor drain themselves. There was hair and dirt in the floor drain.
