The room itself is very good and clean. But air conditioner didn't work. It was end of April and the temperature inside the room was 28 degrees. I wish I could use air conditioner. The breakfast is pretty good, foreigners who don’t like Chinese food can find something to eat.

Nice hotel big rooms and clean
Chen @ reception was great went above and beyond and arranged a taxi ride to the station.

酒店離高鐵站特別近，非常適合商務出差入住，酒店大堂非常大，房間格局開闊，衞生乾淨，酒店工作人員特負責任，我退房時不小心把東西忘記到房間了，酒店工作人員第一時間給我聯繫，並幫我郵寄，整體性價比很高，着急趕高鐵他們還有送站，送站師傅也是非常熱情，此次入住非常愉快，值得推薦！

第一次住易元酒店，前台服務挺好的，大堂乾淨衞生，房間內也是很乾凈的，窗户視野很開闊，離高鐵站也很近，步行，地鐵都很快，服務也很好，大晚上瓶裝水喝完了，送到的也很快，送站服務特別貼心，幫忙拿行李什麼的

房間寬敞很衞生，服務人員很熱情，有事提前走了一天，王經理協助訂單處理，期間幫我們叫車，每次見到她都笑着打招呼，特別友好，非常關照我家長者，很有温度的酒店。下次還會入住

前台服務水平一般，對住店客人的諮詢顯的不耐煩。房間卡經常出故障，住20幾層每次刷房間卡都刷不進，一天之內刷3次門禁都進不了房間，3次均都要從20幾層再下到一層大堂前台辦理。房間挺乾淨的，適合商務短住。餐廳服務好，有合理要求的調菜均能配合解決並提供。

酒店裡高鐵東站不到兩公里，地鐵2站就到。設施很好，早餐價位高，捨不得買，留給小孩吃，旁邊有家非遺燴麪館不錯。酒店服務不錯，很有禮貌。出了點意外住了好幾天，但總算有驚無險，酒店也很關懷，悉心安排吃住照顧。雖然打亂了行程留了些遺憾。期待下次補上。
