衞生太差了，枕頭上也不知道是啥，房間裏就更不用説了可以看照片，隔音效果不好，晚上睡覺太吵，本想着會很安靜，結果出人意外。

環境：酒店的宣傳圖片跟現實相差很大
衞生：馬桶很臟還有尿漬 感覺沒打掃
設施：老舊 不全。晚上蚊子特別多，孩子中考前天晚上被咬的一點多還睡不着，問了前台説有電蚊香，回房間看壓根沒有，讓人送了蚊香，第二天起來嗆得嗓子眼澀疼 ，勉強住了一晚。
服務：第二天早上問前台，訂了兩天房，住了一晚上 ，剩下一晚可以退嗎？告知2點之前可以退。中午12點退房又説退不了，説我是網上連訂兩晚 一個訂單如果是分開訂可以退。還説錢還沒到她手裡，退不了了，誰家住酒店幾天酒店還分開訂啊。然後辦理了退房，我退了，他就把房間賣給別人了，我説那不退了。等第二天自動退房吧。前台態度特別不耐煩，説已經退過了，甩臉子，我真服了，住了那麼多酒店第一次遇見這麼差的酒店 環境差衞生差服務態度惡劣

不是很好，非常冷清，可能平常也沒有什麼人，所以有些東西也不周到，牙膏特別難用，味道不好聞，而且牙刷還掉沫，特別難用

房間也就那回事吧，手拿的淋浴沒有，衹有一個頂上的，房間的電視倒是挺大，其他的方面也就是中規中矩，沒有什麼太大的

1，空調打不開，要先開到20度，至少半小時才會出熱風，然後在網上加温度。
2，剛進房間本來想喝點水，兩瓶礦泉水全都是打開過的。
3，房間連座機都沒有，**和高德地圖上的電話全都打不通
4，水就更搞笑了，沒有熱水，冷水就一點點大，刷牙都用不了。
