It is a nice clean room, though I was disappointed the heating didn't work reception informed, quite surprised for a 4* hotel. Very nice front desk staff

It's my first time in Zhengzhou. I feel pretty good. Room 9 is clean. I feel their disposable toothbrushes are very useful. There are also towels. They are all ok. The service attitude is very friendly. I love it. Hahahaha
