It is on the street but not noisy, and the price is reasonable.

I am satisfied with the room service. The hardware facilities in the room are average. There are cracks in the wall. The reception and restaurant service level on the day of check-in need to be improved.

The location is very convenient. I stay in this hotel every time I go to Zhengzhou on business. Two disadvantages: You can't get in through the gate when calling a taxi because there is a gate. It is very inconvenient if it rains. The lobby lacks sofas and other seats. The place is large but there are not many sofa seats.

We checked in late that day, almost at midnight. After completing the check-in procedures and going upstairs to swipe the room card, we found out that the floor and room numbers arranged by the hotel are numbers that people avoid. After asking the front desk, they said they didn't know whether the guests were taboo. As a four-star hotel, they shouldn't say such things. Later, other front desk staff said that we should ask the guests if they have any taboos about this floor and room number. I think a four-star hotel should not make such mistakes, and it is even more speechless if this happens when booking for others.

There are several restaurants recommended by the Zhengzhou must-eat list around the hotel, but unfortunately my schedule was too busy and I didn’t have time to check in one by one.
