交通便利，辦理入住、退房效率高。
早餐不錯，種類豐富。
就是客房冬天門窗緊閉後，房間還是有些裝修氣體的味道。另外，暖風空調聲音有點響，晚上有點影響休息。

雖然開了很久，但設施都挺新，主要是挺乾淨，服務態度也很好，需要填補東西隨叫隨到，晚上也有送點心，不過因為吃了晚飯就沒有讓送。臨街但不會吵，價格也合適。

房間整潔敞亮，衞浴設施佈置合理，安靜有利於休息，書桌上方可以再佈置一個插座，便於電腦和枱燈同時使用，目前，用了電腦，枱燈就無處插電源

對客房服務還是滿意的，房間硬件設施其他一般，牆都有裂縫了，辦入住那天的前台接待和餐廳服務水平有待提升

位置很方便，每次出差鄭州都入住此酒店。
兩個缺點:
叫車都不進來大門，因為有門閘，若遇見下雨就很不方便。
大廳缺乏沙發等座椅，地方很大卻無多擺設沙發座位。

當天入住較晚近乎半夜，辦理完入住手續上樓刷房卡才知道酒店安排的樓層和房間號均為人們避諱的數字，後詢問前台説不知道客人忌諱，作為四星酒店服務不應該説這樣的話，後又有其他前台人員説應該詢問客人對此樓號和房號有無忌諱，我認為四星酒店不應該出現這樣的差錯，替別人預訂出現這種情況更是無語。
