房間很小，房間數量也很少，就是一個商鋪底商改造的酒店，門臉和旁邊雞蛋灌餅的門臉一般大。沒有電梯，衞生間的味道比較重，通道也很侷促，有味道。衞生間門都拉不動。不知道從哪裡來的勇氣定位輕奢。看過房間後想退，不給退，理由過了6點不給退。反正是不會再住了。所謂的影院式，體驗感也不佳。

老闆態度特別好，來了就給我們升級了房型，房間乾淨還有投影，看電影很不錯！房間很大，很舒服，樓下還有很多小吃店！贊贊贊！

差評給男老闆，不會再來住了。上半年要到鄭大上課來住了好幾次，每次都給好評，這次中午快一點辦入住的時候説還沒房，先隨便找了間讓我待會我也沒説什麼。上完課五點回來還説沒房，問就是再等等馬上好，結果在前台坐了半個多小時連人都不見了，還是我自己上樓找了老闆發了火，馬上就開好房間了可以住了。問了才知道我本來訂的房間下午給鐘點房住了，到點了還不出來也不去催 反而讓我這個早就定好房了的在這乾等。一發火就馬上有別的房間可以安排給我了，還找藉口説是本來要升級的才讓我等，請問是本來直接入住給我升級成要乾等半個多小時沒人理嗎？？可能看我是熟客又是女生好欺負吧，總之這次體驗很差，以後不會再住了。

老闆應該是免費升級了房間，大投影看電影很爽，前台小姐姐也很漂亮隨和，因為當天時間的問題，還免費延長到2點退房，位置在原來母校的旁邊，環境不錯，適合學校的情侶，推薦。
