精緻大床房實際與圖片不符，圖片裏有圓桌，實際房間裏沒有，前台説衹有標間有，那為什麼放標間的圖在精緻大床房上？？？

每一個月都要來幾次，衞生乾淨，環境也好，服務更沒話説，洗澡水給力，水大，又燙，我們每次都住靠馬路這邊，但是一點都不吵，隔音也蠻好的，每次來必點影視房！

訂了兩間房 均讓人很失望一間窗户壞了關不上 另一間整個房間都是廁所傳來的臭味
服務態度很不好（完全是為了應付）
1.讓幫忙維修窗户 看了一眼壞了 不了了之 還不讓退掉説什麼店長不讓（房間滿了 沒辦法調換窗户不來修 靠着馬路窗户關不上 為了賺錢你有理的很）
2.房間衹有四個射燈到下午五點房間就很暗 電視下面一小條板當桌子（如果是公務員考試不要為了近選！真的很影響心情和心態）
3. 也聽見別的房客説 房間太暗 有異味

房間屬於正常房間，正常設施，差評專門給前台那位戴眼鏡的店員，服務態度極其不好，流水不給打，我們同事在昨天給另一個店員説要流水，十分順利的就給開了，而她那白眼都翻到天上去了，不好意思，差評你必須接着
